My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Calling for an Explanation from President Biden to the American Electorate

At 5:48 PM on Monday, August 5, 2024, in the absence of FOIA and investigative reports, I have come to the regrettable conclusion that we have lost sovereignty within the United States of America. The Executive branch appears incapable of upholding the Freedom of Information Act at this time.  Beyond this, it appears incapable of separating what may be appreciable conflicts of interest from its responsibility to a highly honorable FBI whistleblower and her family members.  The FBI suggests that President Biden‘s concerns over his legacy have consistently outweighed concerns for my life as a virtuous whistleblower of FBI misconduct, and further, that my sons have been preyed upon relentlessly and unethically in an attempt to destroy my whole family.

The Vice President, whom I believe genuinely to be a person of good will, is nonetheless bound by the unethical decisions of her Commander-in-Chief.

She cannot escape the legacy of his crimes in this matter, and he will not allow her to insist upon ethical engagement with my family members and myself.

The FBI alleges that President Biden fears criminal charges pertaining to the manner in which he has allegedly profiteered from my suffering and that of my family, with callous disregard for our familial bonds and our fundamental right to our sovereignty in the determination of our own futures.

My stalker, a leading member of Russian organized crime, now gloats that “America Has Fallen” as he regards the character failings of the President.  He alternately calls President Biden a “marionette” and a “special friend,” depending on the day.

Good people, I cannot wait any longer for the White House to grow a conscience.

I have done everything humanly possible to assist this President in defending the democracy, only to become convinced that that’s not the administration’s true aim. Instead, personal enrichment from the suffering of the virtuous electorate appears to be the unstated goal.

This is not a disappointment. This is a devastation for our country.

Frankly, I would much rather have someone in office who doesn’t offer a pretense of democratic norms. In many ways, this is safer for the public, which at the very least, will no longer be duped by false promises.

The government should openly acknowledge that FOIA no longer exists in any meaningful form. President Biden, knowing what he now knows, should accept full credit for overseeing its demise, and even profiting from it.

The withholding of promised and life-saving reports for years is not an administrative error.

It is an abject failure of capable governance.

So President Biden should explain how and why he allowed FOIA to be destroyed alongside his explanation of how and why he allowed my family to be tortured.

Then he should give the country a tour of the billions he removed from settlements awarded in my name by OIG Hotline and ODNI investigators, monies for which I am responsible under the law.

The President appears to have betrayed my good faith, generously and repeatedly extended.

I must now admit that my confidence in this administration was woefully misplaced.

This White House has, according to the FBI, intentionally allowed falsified witness statements regarding “IP espionage” allegedly perpetrated by a family member with the express FBI objective of staging a violent law enforcement raid on my home.

As an alternative plan, the FBI alleges that this White House has authorized a deadly assault as part of an invitation to travel to the Democratic National Convention.

Charming.

I’ve seen quite enough of President Biden’s murderous plans, thank you.

I’m not interested in learning of any more.

To clarify, this man’s shaky legacy is decidedly NOT worth more than the wellbeing of my loved ones or myself.

I’m very sorry he forgot his responsibilities to me as an honorable whistleblower.

But forget them, he did.

There are consequences to an abdication of one’s most important responsibilities as Commander-in-Chief.

One of them is that a whistleblower might tell the truth about that failure, as I intend to do.

In the meantime, Barack Obama should not feel particularly comfortable about the billions he withdrew from awards extended in my name, given that the FBI has alleged massive impropriety on his part, too.

What about President Biden’s “special friend”?  Won’t his billions show up somewhere as well?  Likely in Australia, where he’s planning to reside when our country is fully pillaged and raided?

Yet perhaps there are trillions to be withdrawn from the national treasury before then!  Who knows what kind of profits can be extracted from our torture?  The sky’s the limit for these men!

I’m sorry, good people. But the President is so wrong on this issue, he’s never going to be right again.

And that’s no one’s fault but his own.

The manner in which he has mishandled my case now means that, in the absence of the reports, I cannot support Vice President Harris’ candidacy without rendering my whole family a “sacrifice” to a campaign with allegedly massive improprieties in financing.

My family cannot survive through my insistence on extending good faith to faithless people.

So I must recognize the tragic realities of this administration’s egregious character failings and search elsewhere to find a political home.

If President Biden authorizes a raid on my residence by local corrupt law enforcement, with guns blazing, both to take my life and to appropriate my records, well, at least the U.S. Congress will know him as a murderer of a virtuous whistleblower. He then can claim to be no different from Putin, and perhaps indeed worse, given that Putin at least put on a show of court-mediated due processes before murdering Navalny.

President Biden’s totalitarianism dispenses with the performance of justice and moves right along to the execution. Well, the man is said to admire efficiency. And democracy, after all, while it makes for a rousing speech, is highly inefficient with all those billions waiting for the taking.

If I survive, I will be writing a great deal more about President Biden’s legacy concerns.

But right now, I will say that he should be known as the President who oversaw the largest theft of public monies in world history.

In the absence of my reports, I will be making sure he is known for that accomplishment, and the much more predatory crimes that rendered it possible.

Four Words

 1.  You and your family have been through an exceptionally difficult ordeal.  What are the words you most need to hear from political leadership at this time?

Answer:  I stand with you.  I stand with your children.  I stand with your loved ones. I will not betray you.  I will not abandon you.  I will not allow others to harm you for any reason.  I am providing you with the reports, and you will have them by Monday, August 5, 2024. I am providing you with a highly capable attorney who can help to secure your safety and recovery.  I am providing you with a liaison who will advocate for your family as you recover.  You and your family are important to this democracy.  You will not be sacrificed because of your courage in serving as a whistleblower of falsified law enforcement reporting within the FBI.  Have faith in me.  I will not let you down.  You are no longer alone.   Please have faith that we will now work together to make a difference for others.  I am so sorry for what you and your loved ones have suffered.

2.  That's quite a list!

Answer:  You know, I stand with you encompasses all the rest, so I would hear those four words and feel deeply reassured.

3.  Do you have the impression that the FBI is now implementing the "exxxxxxxx" protocol at your home address, and perhaps at the addresses of your loved ones?

Answer:  I do, and for the sole reason that indoor air quality at my residence is now extremely poor.  Small and large particulates were at zero yesterday, while today they are reading 6,473 and 6,244 respectively.

(Please note that small particulates appear on the left of this Dyson gauge, and large particulates appear on the right.)

4.  What does this tell you about false witness statements and other knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against your family?

Answer:  That it has not yet been disallowed.  Once the lies have been appropriately disallowed, the environmental harms always drop to zero.

5.  To whom are you turning to disqualify the false reporting against your family members and yourself?

Answer:  To Vice President Harris.

6.  Will she protect you and your loved ones, given your ethical stance in defense of the democracy?

Answer:  I believe she will make that choice.

7.  If she does make that ethical choice, will the environmental harms go to zero this evening for both you and your loved ones?

Answer:  She is the Vice President.  I'm sure the response to her directive would be immediate, yes.

8.  Together with the provision of the reports, is it the cessation of all other harms that most effectively proclaims I stand with you to a whistleblower and her family?

Answer:  Without question, it is.  I want to know that my sons and MG can recover their sovereign futures, and the Vice President's support will mean that they can.  Then, too, I want to know that others I love can recover their health.

9.  Including you yourself?

Answer:  Yes.

10.  What are your thoughts about Vice President Harris' VP choice?

Answer:  I hope she chooses someone who stands up for the underdog, who champions the vulnerable, and who thinks deeply about opportunities to shore up the Constitutional architecture of our freedoms.

11.  You hope she chooses someone who, alongside her, will speak the four words.

Answer:  Yes, I do.

12.  Will you please touch base with us in the morning to let us know how you and your family are faring?

Answer:  Yes, I will.

Calling on the Ethics of Vice President Kamala Harris

1.  You have found yourself recently begging for your life and your family members' lives through two Statements of Appeal.  Does that mean that a secret court somewhere authorized your executions, but that the active involvement of Congress may possibly overrule that determination?

Answer:  I think that's probably exactly what it means.

2.  Do you know whether those appeals were approved?

Answer:  I do not have that information, unfortunately.  I wish I did, certainly, as my access to that critical information would allow me to make important determinations with regard to our safety.

3. Have your sons yet been released from government programs through which they were recruited with the specific intention to cause harm to your family?

Answer:  I do not believe they have been released as of this writing, no.

4.  What do you feel about their retention within a program intended in every aspect to destroy your family?

Answer:  I find it devastating, actually, as I think any loving parent would.  My sons have been despondent over their forced participation in this program, and so has my youngest son's girlfriend.

5. Have they all been forced to provide knowingly false witness statements against your family members?

Answer:  This is my understanding, yes.  And most recently, they were required to do so by two members of the DoD, cornering each one of them singly and demanding false witness statements as a matter pertaining to the "national security interest."  So this speaks to a heartbreaking example some areas of government intruding into the lives of honorable Americans in order to surveil them, control them, prey upon them and profit from them.

6.  Some, not all?

Answer:  I think that certain leaders have the capacity to stand up to corrupt programs, but we need to recognize that this is unusual.  It's rare.  Yet, it's what our country needs most right now, and so Americans should be asking whether that backbone and fortitude are present.

7.  Could that particular question determine the outcome of the national election in November of 2024?

Answer:  For many, many reasons, yes, it could.

8.  Have the false witness statements provided by your sons and your youngest son's girlfriend yet been formally disallowed?

Answer:  I do not believe that has yet occurred, no.

9.  Who is responsible for disqualifying them?

Answer:  I have asked that Vice President Kamala Harris, now the official Democratic nominee for President, assume this responsibility in full.

10.  Will she elect to protect your family and you in this matter?

Answer:  I hope that she chooses to make that ethical choice, yes.

11.  There is also said to be false reporting based on a professional phone call of one of your family members yesterday, and these lies were also said to be dictated by the FBI and its affiliates, including, now, the DoD.

Answer:  That appears to be what the FBI has claimed, yes.

12.  Has that false reporting been disallowed by Vice President Kamala Harris?

Answer:  I do not believe she has yet done so, no.  But I hope she will consider this the pressing matter that it is, and intervene urgently on our behalf.

13. You don't think that your sons or MG should be involved in "training" over the next several days as you are waiting for reports.  Is that right?

Answer:  I do not believe that my sons or MG should be involved in government "training" ever again unless this is what they choose to do of their own sovereign will.

14.  But your point has been that they are decidedly NOT exercising their sovereign will in this matter, because their handlers are telling them what to do and what to say twenty-four hours a day at this point.

Answer:  It still is my point.

15.  You have withheld a great deal of information from the public sphere, because you have trusted that your sons and MG would be withdrawn from these harmful programs on an immediate basis.

Answer:  Yes, I have.

16.  Yet now you have been informed that Seal Team 6, Army Rangers and AirForce Hotshots are scheduled, in two separate JSOC teams, to perpetrate arson at your Portola Valley property at some point soon, and you are also told that the FBI has an intention toward other of your property, including your boat, which is in dry dock.  What are your thoughts about this?

Answer:  If any such thing were to occur, I think it would stand as a terrible indictment of this administration, and so I would worry greatly about the sovereignty of our leadership at this time.

If the Vice President is a sovereign leader, my sons and MG will immediately be released from all government programs, all false reporting against us will be urgently disqualified, our family members' safety will be assured, a high-level attorney will be referred to us, and the reports will reach me by Monday, August 5, 2024.

17.  Do you have any indication that the Vice President has committed to treat your family with honor and integrity in fulfilling this list?

Answer:  I will look forward to responding to that question on Monday, presuming I am alive and well to do so.

18.  Will you change political parties if the Democrats fail to treat you honorably in this matter?

Answer:  Again, I will not be addressing that matter publicly at this time.

19.  Is it up to the whole of the Democratic Party to decide to treat your family honorably?

Answer:  While I do not doubt the power and importance of the Senate and the House, I think Vice President Kamala Harris is making this call from the front ranks.

20.  You believe that Vice President Kamala Harris is primarily responsible for what happens to your family at this point.

Answer:  I do, yes.  She has had enough time to become fully informed about this issue.  She knows what has happened to us because I have taken the ethical course in a courageous attempt to defend our democracy.  So she is primarily responsible for the critical decisions that are being made at this time.  It's important to note that the new involvement of the DoD with false reporting initiatives illuminates the fact that the Executive Branch is making the critical decisions now.

21.  Can a leader lead a nation compassionately without handling a whistleblower's peril with honor?

Answer:  No, I don't think so.  I will be the first so say that the temptations to "sacrifice" a whistleblower and her family to the priorities of a campaign can be very great.  But such are the temptations of dictatorships, not democracies.  In true democracies, the public is respected whenever it takes on the defense of freedom itself.  Any leader who chooses to sacrifice a whistleblower and her family for the sake of political expediency is not an advocate of the people's freedoms, nor of the rule of law.

22.  And what do you make of the FBI's extreme assertions that there is a plan to accuse either you or your husband of capital crimes connected to a DoD program you have previously named for investigators?

Answer:  I have addressed the crimes of this particular DoD program many, many times, including on this blog.  I don't think any such attempt would have as its intention to draw my family members or myself into a court of law.  I think the intent behind any such false assertions would be the assassination of an honorable whistleblower perpetrated during a law enforcement raid, sniper assault, or staged "natural disaster", as is now being threatened to me by the hour.  My family members are being threatened with staged car accident, staged suicide and staged drug overdose, among other predations.

23.  Will Vice President Harris call a halt to such plans, as is her ethical mandate?

Answer:  We will see.  Again, I have hope that she will make that ethical choice.  I believe she is capable of it.

24.  You have been told that the settlements and penalties awarded in your name by both the OIG Hotline and the ODNI now total 1.75 trillion dollars or more.  Isn't this true?

Answer:  It is what the FBI has conveyed to me, yes.

25.  What are your thoughts about this?

Answer:  I look forward to receiving the reports with these disclosures by Monday.  These are my thoughts.

26.  And have FBI personnel stated that they will prove those awards if others should obscure them?

Answer:  They have appeared extremely confident with those assertions, yes.

27.  Do you hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and understanding?

Answer:  I do.

IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION FOR OIG HOTLINE AND ODNI

UPDATE:  Text from LM to KPM, sent at 10:18 AM:

OIG HOTLINE and ODNI, the original documentation was re-sent to your Offices at 9:50 AM and 9:54 AM this morning within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com.

Additionally, I will request that my husband provide the document within the body of an email itself so that hacking by the FBI cannot obstruct your receipt of the material.  However, this likely will not occur until this evening, given the time he has already spent on this matter.

Thank you for your determination to obtain this documentation, despite the rather extraordinary efforts by the FBI to obstruct its conveyance.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

*********************************************************************************

OIG Hotline and ODNI Investigations, my husband's emailed communications to me this morning, intended for your Offices, are being actively obstructed at this time.  His initial email contained a hacked signature attachment, rendering his signature unreadable, and his second email to me appears to have been blocked altogether.

Please wait while I ensure that his communication to my gmail account is received and forwarded to your Office prior to proceeding with any evaluation currently before you.

Thank you for your patience in this matter.

It appears clear that a third party, almost certainly the FBI or its affiliates, are actively obstructing this document's provision.

One must pause for a moment to consider their possible motive.

Certainly, it would appear that the more time the FBI is allowed prior to the provision of the FOIA reports and investigative reports, the more harm and defamation the agency is able to perpetrate, and to my family's peril.

We are doing our best under exceptionally difficult circumstances.

But we respectfully request the immediate provision of all reports.

I will be updating this post with my husband's documentation as soon as I have received it.  This communication is available without redaction within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, sent at 9:16AM on August , 2024.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Statement of Appeal Re: My Documents

OIG Hotline, ODNI and Concerned Others,

Please consider this a statement of appeal concerning the disposition of my documents.

I am told that there are certain parties who wish to cause my demise with the specific intent to appropriate my documentation.  I do possess thousands of pages of documents which I have sent to your Office over the course of years during which I have served as a whistleblower of the FBI's perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.

Allegedly, some of the information within my documentation is considered confidential by the FBI and the CIA.  However, despite my repeated requests, these agencies have never disclosed to me what this confidential information is specifically, how it should be treated, what are the standard practices surrounding various levels of classification, and how I can protect my civil and human rights, and those of my family members, in the process of observing whatever confidentiality requirements may exist.

Essentially, I have caught the FBI trying to murder an FBI whistleblower and her family.  And I possess tangible proof of a portion of those attempts.

The FBI and its affiliates are making the argument that now I must be murdered because I caught the agencies in previous attempts at murder.   Surely that is a tautological argument with dystopian logic that is obviously flawed in the view of every concerned American.

Instead of reaching out to me through an attorney to respectfully apologize for the aggression and express any concerns regarding certain "sources and methods" the agencies consider to be "secret" information, the FBI and its affiliates have never paused to consider that the murder of a whistleblower and her family may be ethically wrong.

In that case we are no different from Russia in its murder of Aleksei Navalny, who decried the loss of Russians' freedoms in an effort to encourage the Russian people to take an active role in preserving them.

Doesn't the United States wish to be more?

If we wish to claim our government as a democracy with duly elected representatives, don't we owe whistleblowers respect and protection instead of assassination in response to their public service?

I have never argued that all of the FBI's and CIA's secrets should be rendered public.

I have simply argued that my family and I have the right not be murdered because that information has been disclosed to me by FBI personnel apparently sympathetic to my plight.

Justice in this matter necessitates the provision of my Freedom of Information Act reports to me, in addition to the investigative reports of the OIG Hotline and the ODNI.

After that, it requires the provision of a high-level attorney who can address which topics are confidential and articulate how they should be handled.

I am more than willing to abide by the determinations of the federal government regarding information that is considered confidential.  Further, if the government wishes me to redact names from some documentation rather than removing it from my collected documents altogether, I am happy to do so.  If there are those who wish to create a repository of some kind for a portion of my documentation, I will be happy to assist in that effort, and to do so in a manner that is respectful of complex needs in this circumstance.

But when I ask for lawful and peaceable dialogue in the disposition of my documents, I am also asking for my life and the lives of those I hold most dear.

For these are one and the same.

If whistleblowers' thoughts and experiences are to be erased from the national memory, if their lives are to be rendered forfeit by those who wish to silence all detractors, then our liberties are already lost, our freedom of speech is already abandoned, our freedom of peaceable assembly already relinquished, our freedom of the press already sacrificed, our right to privacy already undone.

My efforts to illuminate the FBI's perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting has been an effort to reclaim the truth from those who would obscure it, to rescue Americans' honor from those who would slander it, to defend Americans' virtue from those who would defame it.

The preservation of some of my documents, through a thoughtful and considered dialogue with attorneys, is necessary for that rescue of our freedoms.

Without this, disinformation as institutionalized by those agency personnel who have outwardly vowed to defend our Constitution will gain dominance, and with the emergence of AI in the production of this disinfomation, that dominance will likely be permanent.

So this juncture matters, and not just for this time, but for all time.

It is important for us to rescue the public's right to a Freedom of Information Act upheld, to judicial processes preserved, and together with these -- to safeguard all the rights that are inviolable for the electorate of a representative democracy.

Accordingly, I extend this, my statement of appeal, regarding the documents I have prepared in defense of our nation's freedoms with my labors, my persistence, my hope and my good faith in our nation's leadership.

I believe that Vice President Harris has elected to support me in this effort, and I must express my lionhearted hope that she prevails.

Thank you for allowing me to express these profound concerns regarding the disposition of my documentation, and together with this, the lives of my courageous family members, and alongside them, my own.

I hereby reconfirm and re-attest to all previous statements made within affidavit documentation, save that which has been amended, in the course of this effort.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Important Permissions for the OIG Hotline and the ODNI Sent Via Email

OIG Hotline and ODNI, please be apprised that it appears that certain attachments sent to your Offices' attention earlier today, August 1, 2024, appear to have been replaced by a third party.

I have attempted to re-send the original documentation to your attention within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com in an email with the subject heading ATTN: OIG HOTLINE and ODNI Investigators Confidential Re: Re-send of Permissions to Dr. Bibi Das and Staff Members; Request for Intervention, sent at 2:27 PM today, August 1, 2024.

It appears that "Judith," the alleged admin for Dr. Das, is not in fact Dr. Das' staff member, but rather a contractor who was meant to have filed a falsified witness statement after a phone call with me reflecting my earnest attempt to access unbiased care for my older son.

That phone call never took place, fortunately.

If it had, this false report could have immediately placed our lives at risk.

Certainly, after all my sons (and MG) have endured, it would be lovely to be able to access unbiased care for them on an immediate basis.

Thank you for accessing my email at your earliest opportunity in that hope.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
