OIG Hotline, below please find two videos taken yesterday demonstrating the dramatic elevation and instability in magnetic ELF since PG&E installed its "fuse saver assembly" at 87 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA on July 21, 2023.
For those who have any difficulty viewing this documentation, these videos are also available within two emails to lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, with copies sent to lmacwilliams77419@gmail.com and lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com, with respective subject headings and time stamps "Magnetic ELF 1" sent at 6:08 AM Pacific time, and "Magnetic ELF 2" sent at 6:09 Pacific time.
The first video demonstrates relatively stable magnetic ELF at .9 to 1.0 milliGaus per meter squared. (Please note, however, that our normal baseline for magnetic ELF at home is .1 to .2 milliGaus per meter squared, much lower than the baseline showed here.)
Here is a still photo bearing a time stamp from the above video of 4:37 AM yesterday, August 21, 2023.
Following here is the second video, taken a few seconds after the first. This clip demonstrates measures of magnetic ELF that are both extremely high and markedly destabilized.
The following photo includes a time stamp of the above video that is 4:38 AM yesterday, August 21, 2023.
Yesterday represented the one month anniversary of PG&E's installment of the "fuse saver assembly" at 87 Vista Verde Way, a property listed in 2020-2021 community guide as belonging to "Bryan Stone."
I find it strange to see that Bryan Stone is not listed anywhere in our 2018-2019 community guide, despite the later guide's assertion that he has been resident in Vista Verde since 2008.
Mr. Stone includes no email address, unlike virtually every other neighbor on Vista Verde Way. Further, he lists no spouse or children, which is unusual for residents in this area.
I believe "Bryan Stone" is a fake identity, created by the FBI. The phone number listed for this individual is (650) 851-1043. Perhaps investigators can rapidly ascertain the true reason for "Mr. Stone's" presence in the neighborhood, if in fact this home is currently occupied.
On July 21, 2023, job inspector "Frank" told me that his employer, CANUS, allegedly of Laguna Niguel, California, had been hired by PG&E to install a "fuse saver assembly" at 87 Vista Verde Way. There were no PG&E personnel on site that day, despite a full-day power outage on our street.
The threats I received from FBI affiliates, both in advance and since that date, suggested that the true purpose of this equipment installation was the elevation and disruption of magnetic ELF, both of which are known to be cancer-causing in human beings subjected to these exposures. Further, they stated that this destabilization was scheduled for nighttime sleeping hours, when such irregularities are much more difficult to detect.
I include a copy of my notarized affidavit concerning this matter below.
In addition to my family's exposures, I remain concerned about those being sustained by our neighbors, many of whom are being subjected to these dramatic disturbances in the magnetic field alongside of us.
Perhaps OIG Hotline investigators, armed with this latest evidence, will now be able to require that PG&E cease and desist in exposing my family and our neighborhood to these health-harming alterations in the underlying magnetic field.
The determination of "Bryan Stone's" true identity may be useful in establishing this particular stratagem of FBI harm against law-abiding "targets of interest" -- and in this case their vulnerable neighbors.
I deeply appreciate any and all intervention you are able to extend on our behalf.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.
Lane MacWilliams
