To FBI Director Christopher Wray:
I write to you once again, sir, from my place on the FBI's unconstitutional "Disposition Matrix," although I am told I have risen to the top of this list, remarkably.
I am further informed that either you or CIA Director William Burns, who is reported to be an honorable man, has recently signed a new "contract" on my life as a result of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by corrupt FBI agent Txx Lxxxx.
Allegedly, Mr. Lxxxx and his affiliates have created a series of falsified emails which portray me as a suddenly dangerous and deceptive international dealer in hazardous fissile materials.
The admirable Director Burns has heard from ostensibly earnest Txx Lxxxx, who, I myself can attest, having met him once in January of 2020, is deeply convincing in his performance of patriotism. And he has been persuaded, as I was persuaded, as my minister was persuaded, as my doctor of fifteen years was persuaded, as my countless friends were persuaded ... that Txx Lxxxx wishes nothing more than to bring threats to our national security to justice, and to do so with loyalty, alacrity, intelligence and conscience.
Except.
Except that you and I both know that Txx Lxxxx is an incorrigible liar, leaning on dated Cold War tropes in an attempt to funnel "targets of interest" into the Phoenix Program, which requires a steady stream of casualties of the far right's covert war against American democracy in the way it was conceived, upheld, and nurtured for these last two hundred and forty-seven years.
Except that our Constitution says that I have the right to face my accuser in a court of law, and Director Burns' signature knowingly deprives me of that right, consigning me to death for wrongs I have not committed, and about which I know the scantest details from your own affiliates who disagree with Phoenix in its very premise.
Except that you yourself are well aware that those staffing the FBI's "target of interest" program have long been falsifying the records of law-abiding Americans like myself and my family members, with the goal of increasing the program by 10-15% per year at a bare minimum, until totalitarian objectives have been achieved.
Except that the FBI has been directed by the ODNI to provide me with all materials responsive to my FOIA request, without redaction or omission, which will prove that the FBI has falsified, aggregated and disseminated my records in a manner that was willful, gratuitous, and indeed, unconscionably predatory.
Except that FBI personnel have knowingly exposed my family, including my youngest son's girlfriend, to Echinococcus multilocularis with the intention that we should all die of this dangerous parasite, virtually unseen in human beings within the continental United States, and now, the agency wishes to conceal evidence of those murderous crimes for fear of the condemnation of the American public.
Except that the threat to our national security is none other than you yourself, and anyone within the FBI who, knowing of the abuses of the "target of interest" program, has failed to warn the public about them.
Except that in order to conceal all of the above, the FBI's affiliates have allegedly planned a nighttime arson event at my house in order to justify an EMT evaluation for smoke inhalation, from which I am not intended to emerge in robust health. Threats of a staged, violent home invasion robbery, an unjustified violent law enforcement raid, or a military-style "extraction" have also been repeatedly extended to me.
Director Wray, the FBI has taken its fundamental deceit of the American people concerning the "target of interest" program a long, long way.
The Congress was fooled in general, and the House and Senate Select Committees on Intelligence were fooled in particular. Otherwise competent journalists were fooled. And no doubt the judges before whom your staff has presented fake evidence were fooled. Even some of the JSOC personnel staffing your teams of killers were fooled, though not all.
But I write to you today, sir, with a clarity of vision and purpose that is hard won.
And with this clarity I say to you, do not kill the virtuous. Do not murder the idealists, the visionaries, the humanitarians, and the whistleblowers on which the peaceable progress of our nation relies.
Have the courage to speak to us publicly about the FBI's unconstitutional "Disposition Matrix," Director Wray. Have the character to acknowledge that it is populated by people like me -- the faithful, the patriotic, the principled, the compassionate, and the good.
And then have the integrity to tell us the toll of the "Disposition Matrix" and its corollary within the DoD: the Phoenix Program.
How many lives of law-abiding American citizens have these programs unjustly claimed? Over what period of time, sir? And what are the names of those Americans you have wrongfully taken from us?
Sir, I challenge you to publicly face the crimes your personnel have committed against my family and close friends as a starting point.
Facilitate our prompt, truthful and safe medical care, so that we may understand this important aspect of the FBI's physical predations against us.
Stop directing your affiliates to offer me payoffs in return for my silence on this matter.
Sir, I am informed by others that my twenty-nine-year old son cannot survive the stage of Echinococcus multilocularis that FBI agent Txx Lxxxx caused him to contract, with your knowledge and at your directive.
If you believe that all the money in the world will buy my silence on this matter, you are profoundly and indelibly mistaken.
This dialogue cannot be private, hushed, purchased, concealed or erased.
No, sir.
Neither will I accept the redacted FOIA materials your affiliates have ceaselessly suggested are necessary for my survival.
If your affiliates elect to take my life and the lives of my family members and friends, the everlasting shame will be yours, Director Wray.
And I question whether you're ready for the public ignominy of the act.
Your leadership of the FBI means that you accept full responsibility for the FBI's programs, its initiatives, its successes and its failings, its support of justice and its erosion of the rule of law, all of these, without exception.
Sir, you are responsible for the crimes FBI personnel have knowingly perpetrated against law-abiding "targets of interest."
They, like my sons, like my husband, like myself, are deserving of their lives, their liberty, and their pursuit of happiness.
You will be remembered for the manner in which you faced this historical moment, Director Wray. The dictates of cowardice would lead you to allege that Txx Lxxxx is a rogue agent who is entirely unrepresentative of the FBI at large. The mandates of courage would require you to admit that all of Counterintelligence within the FBI is engaging in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives at this time.
Accordingly, I ask you to locate your moral fortitude, sir, and answer this letter with the truthfulness that the American public asks of you and your vows to the Constitution require.

The FBI is a deeply divided agency. There are many FBI employees who view their vows to the Constitution with the utmost seriousness and honor, and who strive to defend the fundamentals of our democracy with courage, fortitude and commitment. The fact that some segments of the FBI appear to have embraced a lawless course is not a justification to assail the FBI in general. As President Joseph R. Biden has so rightly expressed, violence is never justified in any circumstance. The rule of law must always be honored and upheld. It is our shared determination to preserve the civil liberties and human rights of all Americans that renders the United States a democracy. We must never abandon this promise. All of our most cherished freedoms depend upon it.
