OIG Hotline, please be informed that I have undertaken a third attempt to purchase the therapeutic supplement Methylene Blue from Amazon, with guaranteed delivery by 8 AM tomorrow morning, June 3, 2023, at the latest. (Methylene Blue can be helpful for addressing schistosomiasis, and I have not yet been fortunate enough to obtain a physician consult following the FBI's introduction of schistosomiasis flukes into my water supply on June 25, 2023.)
The prior two attempts demonstrated clear tampering with the shipments, with safety seals removed in a manner which the shipper could not subsequently explain. (Amazon recommended that the product be discarded.)
If this item arrives late or with apparent tampering, I will be posting about that issue here.
Please be aware that I also ordered three ounces of potassium hydroxide flakes in order to run a chemical test demonstrating that there are no no additives within this product that would demonstrate tampering.
I'm not a chemist by any means, but I do take the take the FBI's threats of tampering seriously.
Accordingly, I have tried to educate myself regarding the use of potassium hydroxide to prove that Methylene Blue contents are as represented.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
