My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

OIG Hotline, the following ten documents (five attached to this email, and five in the email to follow) were notarized through a Jurat process on Sunday, August 13, 2023.  The notary, Mr. Sivanagaraju Yarramaneni followed proper procedure, requesting an attestation to the truthfulness of each document and recording information in his Notary Record Book with what appeared to be adequate diligence.

While I believe Mr. Yarramaneni's general notary process to be satisfactory, I am going to have these documents re-notarized elsewhere due to the lightness of Mr. Yarramaneni'ss notary stamp.

Most notaries are quite perfectionistic about this aspect of their process, because they know that documents can be invalidated otherwise.  Mr. Yarramaneni was inexplicably laissez-faire regarding this vulnerability.

It is noteworthy that Mr. Yarramanaeni engaged in direct communication with Mr. Txx Lxxxx yesterday concerning thee documentation of my affidavits.

Clearly, no FBI or CIA personnel should be communicating with notaries in an effort to undermine validity of documentation for your Office.

I find the fact that this is still occurring to be a remarkable violation of the FBI's responsibilities to due process.

The FBI needs to learn that it is accountable for obstruction of this nature.
