1. You experienced a PG&E power outage yesterday that was allegedly timed to correspond to newly falsified allegations by the FBI. Can you speak to your experience, please? What was the FBI's intent with this latest activity?
Answer: I cannot assess the intent, honestly, because I don't have direct or two way communication with anyone regarding my case. In the past, the FBI has alleged that the agency has planned unjustified law enforcement raids to correspond to timed power outages.
2. Unjustified law enforcement raids with a violent intent?
Answer: This always seems to be a priority for the agency.
3. You own no firearms at this time. Is that correct? You have no viable means of defending yourself against violent home intrusion.
Answer: That is correct, yes.
4. So the police would be stating that there was an accidental firing of a weapon?
Answer: Either that, or they would allege that a suspect was attempting to flee the scene. Then later, they would present a whole range of false accusations pertaining to their victim, who was no longer present to defend him- or herself.
5. You have asked the OIG Hotline to oversee an investigation of your Cape Cod property and your Portola Valley property, both. Is that the case?
Answer: Yes, it is.
6. Have you been apprised of any progress in that initiative?
Answer: I have not, no. However, if the power outage was prompted by FBI directives to PG&E, we might reasonably assume that the agency could be worried about being held accountable for its own perpetration of crimes pertaining to one or more of my properties.
7. Would you be shocked if investigators called you to express that FBI crimes involve the worst possible acts involving your properties, in the FBI's apparent attempt to wrongfully implicate your family members or yourself of wrongdoing?
Answer: I spent an hour at my family home on Cape Cod several weeks ago, after which I asked for an immediate investigation of the home and land. So, I want the truth of this issue, no matter how shocking the FBI's crimes may be.
8. Will you be contacted by investigators and attorneys right away, as you have requested?
Answer: This is my profound hope and expectation. I believe that President Trump, Vice President Vance, the U.S. Congress, the Supreme Court, the Attorney General and the OIG Hotline all support this lawful and honorable outreach. So, I hope it happens right away.
9. You are extremely grateful to President Trump for his decision to extend honorable discharge to your sons, Graham MacWilliams and Duncan MacWilliams, as well as to Mary Grinnell, in addition to his decision to remove their names from all targeting lists within the FBI and other agencies. Isn't that so?
Answer: It absolutely is. President Trump made the decision to help my sons and Mary Grinnell to heal from the egregious harms they suffered under the Biden administration. He made the decision to reunite my family and to support us fully in our restoration as he undertakes the process of determining who within the FBI is responsible for these astonishing violations. So, as you can imagine, I am immensely appreciative of his intervention regarding this matter alone.
His determination to investigate the wrongs committed by the FBI at my properties, and other harms perpetrated by the FBI under the Biden administration also stands in courageous defense of our civil liberties and human rights.
Not all of the harms wrought by the FBI in this case can be rendered public. But many can. And the Congress can be informed of the full extent of the Biden administration's crimes in the context of closed hearings if President Trump, the DOJ and the Congress so desire it.
10. You are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding certain harms that cannot be publicly discussed at this time.
Answer: Of course. The important thing is that all harms toward my family be reversed, and that we now are enabled to commence the process of healing while we consider the greater good that may manifest regarding the long term freedoms of the American people.
11. Have some FBI personnel acted in a rogue capacity, without permission, in extending harm to you and your family members? Because you suffered alleged skull fractures during an assault in Palo Alto last Sunday.
Answer: Yes, certain areas of the agency appear to be uncontrolled currently, though President Trump has signaled his determination to rectify that problem as quickly as possible. There has been a terrible politicization of the FBI and its affiliate agencies over time. So some FBI personnel were acting like warring factions with no oversight under the Biden administration, and now, frankly, many people will be retired or fired in order to ensure that this lawlessness diminishes.
12. You faced an alleged sniper on the roadway on the evening of November 5, 2024, when you drove to your polling station to vote. Isn't that true?
Answer: There was evidence that this was the case, yes.
13. So President Biden seemed determined that you should not be able to exercise your right to vote at that time.
Answer: That appeared to be the case, yes.
14. Now, President Trump seems determined to ensure your safety and that of your family in his capacity as Commander in Chief.
Answer: Yes, he does.
15. Will he be a forceful enough leader to do so?
Answer: I think he's capable of succeeding in protecting us. Certainly, it will take attention and clear directives from him in his command of the military and intelligence community, along with all of their affiliates.
16. But you think he is that strong and effective?
Answer: I do. And my family's recovery and longevity, alongside my own, will be the proof!
17. How are you feeling currently, given your injury on Sunday?
Answer: I am moving around carefully, to be sure. My acute symptoms are diminishing, so I take that as a good sign.
18. Will the FBI be held accountable for the assault against you on Sunday?
Answer: The communications evidence is all there, so I hope so.
19. You would like to express your gratitude to President Trump, Vice President Vance, the U.S. Congress, the Supreme Court, the Attorney General and the OIG Hotline for their support regarding this matter. Is that correct?
Answer: Most emphatically, yes.
20. Thank you for speaking with us this morning.
Answer: You are most welcome.
Lane MacWilliams
