My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Current Threats to the MacWilliams Family

OIG Hotline, in the interests of safety, I am documenting herewith recent communications concerning harms the FBI and its affiliates are alleged to have discussed concerning my family members and friends.

Threats received from FBI affiliates on my Pegasus-hacked iPhone over the last two days include the following:

  • a threat that the CIA has taken over assassination attempts from the FBI, so as to attenuate traceability
  • a threat of sniper assault at our home or while driving
  • a threat of another helicopter deployment to the MacWilliams' Portola Valley home, with the intention of disseminating a toxic chemical
  • a threat of fire/wildfire/arson
  • a threat of ongoing deprivation of necessary medical care
  • a threat of unjustified law enforcement raid with a violent intent
  • a threat of car bomb
  • a threat of poisoning through grocery food,  restaurant food, water, tea, or nutritional supplements
  • a threat of ongoing exposure to high levels of ionizing radiation (This was borne out today through Geiger counter readings in my kitchen.)
  • a threat of high levels of ELF magnetic fields as perpetrated by the Cal Water/PG&E installation on Vista Verde Way
  • a threat of heavy metal/toxin exposure through a compromised water supply, both Cal Water and Arrowhead/Ready Refresh
  • a threat of staged car accident involving both a bicycle and a severe collision from behind the vehicle
  • a threat of kidnapping
  • a threat of blindness resulting from close-range DEW deployment
  • a threat of brain damage caused by DEW/HAARP deployment
  • a threat of exposure to some type of gas or toxin at night, presumably through the AC vents
  • a threat of intentional exposure to HIV toward one or more members of our family
  • a threat that my older son has "less than one year" to live due to the current state of his liver disease

Unfortunately, many other threats have been extended as well.  Non-violent threats, such as IRS audits or boat impounding, I have attempted to document previously.

I apologize for the litany of terrors this list represents.  If not for my sense that some measure of safety is attained through public exposure of these communications, I would be logging them privately.

Please accept my profound appreciation for your ongoing efforts in the investigation of FBI malfeasance perpetrated against the law-abiding American public for anti-democratic objectives.

Your presence has allowed me to continue in my role as whistleblower regarding the predatory crimes of the far right toward the law-abiding American electorate.  For this reason, and countless others, I am most grateful.

I hereby certify that the forgoing is true and correct.

Lane MacWilliams

The FBI is a deeply divided agency.  There are many FBI employees who view their vows to the Constitution with the utmost seriousness and honor, and who strive to defend the fundamentals of our democracy with courage, fortitude and commitment.  The fact that some segments of the FBI appear to have embraced a lawless course is not a justification to assail the FBI in general.  As President Joseph R. Biden has so rightly expressed, violence is never justified in any circumstance.  The rule of law must always be honored and upheld.  It is our shared determination to preserve the civil liberties and human rights of all Americans that renders the United States a democracy.  We must never abandon this promise. All of our most cherished freedoms depend upon it.
