My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

A Whistleblower's Family

 1.  Your stalker, on top of all the gratuitous harms he has perpetrated against your family, is now threatening to direct FBI personnel to deploy DEWs against your younger son beginning tonight.

Answer:  Yes, he is.  And one might pause here for a moment and ask how in the world it is acceptable that a leading member of Russian-affiliated organized crime should be able to direct FBI personnel to do anything.

Can we, as law-abiding American citizens, accept that an emissary of Vladimir Putin is controlling far right segments of the FBI to cause harm to virtuous people within our own borders?

Doesn't this represent the true national security threat we are facing?

2.  What should happen in this situation?

Answer:  Given that Txx Lxxxx has engaged in attempted murder against my family, and continues to do so by actively and remorselessly obstructing our access to medical care, we need active advocacy at this time.  My older son needs immediate health care -- no obstruction, no lying, no FBI involvement.  I will not be able to bring him to another emergency room after Dr. Christopher Campbell's failure to perform his duty of care yesterday evening.  So, someone needs to reach out to us.  And right away.

3.  Why can't you follow up on a referral to an independent practitioner?

Answer:  Because they simply fail to grant us an appointment.

Meanwhile, my stalker is extending taunts that he can "save my family" if I comply with his demands.

Does this line of coercion concern anyone?  Because it should.

4.  At this point, due to the fact that your lives are on the line as a direct result of the crimes of FBI agent Txx Lxxxx, you need someone to call your family on the phone and facilitate immediate medical care.

Answer:  That's exactly what we need.

5.  Your stalker has told you to be patient.

Answer:  I have been patient.  Now, my family is dying.

I don't think patience, silence, and compliant waiting are appropriate in this situation.

I think active and immediate intervention is called for.

Txx Lxxxx presumably knows which prescription medication might give my son a chance.  It is incumbent upon him to disclose that information or for others to track it down,

Someone needs to explain to my husband, who is a scientist, how an FBI agent like Txx Lxxxx could have knowingly perpetrated these egregious harms against our family.  And after he gets over his shock and disbelief, someone needs to lead him into an ultrasound exam room and ensure that his health is thoroughly and truthfully assessed.

My younger son should be assessed, too, as well as his girlfriend.

6.  What about you yourself?

Answer:  In a functioning democracy, without an obstructive far right, the next step for me would be to ask a liver specialist to determine whether the cysts on my liver are resectable.  All of us should be on prescription medication to address this issue immediately.

7.  What should happen to Txx Lxxxx at this time?

Answer:  Txx Lxxxx should be arrested, in my opinion.  He appears to be unable to cease and desist in his predations toward my family, despite all of the unforgivable harms for which he is already responsible.  His badge should be appropriated.  His freedom should be removed.  This man should no longer have the ability to make phone calls, send emails, text his colleagues or communicate freely with members of the American public.  He has repeatedly demonstrated his determination and his capacity to cause irremediable harm.

Now, just this morning, I am receiving extensive threats of DEW deployment toward my younger son.

Enough.  Someone with the appropriate authority needs to take matters in hand and file the necessary charges.

8.  Do you extend that sentiment to your stalker as well?

Answer:  My stalker has been directing all of Txx Lxxxx' actions.  He, too, needs to be held to immediate account.

And I just need to observe that, when it comes to my family, the arrest of these men, if it occurs in five minutes, is still late.

9.  Is all of your family's suffering due to your insistence that the Freedom of Information Act be upheld?

Answer:  No, my family's suffering is due to a corrupt FBI that has been using taxpayer dollars to manifest a "disposition matrix," which has allowed certain individuals to mark law-abiding American citizens for death on the basis of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.

My stalker, Brandan Pesa, reported to be a leading member of Russian-affiliated organized crime within the United States, is one of those individuals.

10.  Yet, hasn't the FBI's deconstruction of the Freedom of Information Act played a role here?

Answer:  Without question.  If my FOIA request had been fulfilled in May of 2021, my family members would not now be ill.  There is a cost to these delays, and we need to be exceptionally careful to ensure that conscientious, law-abiding Americans -- and particularly whistleblowers -- are not paying that cost with their lives and the lives of their loved ones.

11.  You feel that the FBI has had too much leeway to extend repeated falsehoods about your family, all the while the far right within the agency has continued to actively prey upon you.

Answer:  I believe that liver ultrasounds of all of my family members  (and my family's pets) should answer that question quite decisively.

12.  Have you considered leaving the country to try to obtain a competent, expert, prompt and compassionate liver ultrasound for your son?

Answer:  It is my understanding that the FBI's abuses toward Americans who are traveling internationally can be quite egregious.  Otherwise, of course, any loving parent with means is going to try to access expert and impartial medical care for her son.  As it stands, I do not feel that option is within our reach.

13.  Your stalker has often asserted that FBI criminals like Txx Lxxxx are "untouchable."

Answer:  If Txx Lxxxx has not yet been arrested, that may be the case.  But if criminal FBI agents perpetrating first-degree murder against law-abiding American citizens are untouchable, then we should at least publicly acknowledge that we've lost the democracy.

If that is the case, the American electorate deserves to know.

14.  Your stalker has suggested that the FBI is "burning the books" concerning its communications to members of hospital staff obstructing your son's care.

Answer:  Txx Lxxxx' cell phones should be appropriated and his texting and calling history obtained from his wireless carrier.  These simple acts, taken now, would reveal the truth of this matter.

15.  Without active intervention and advocacy at this juncture, do you believe your son will die?

Answer:  I do.

16.  What if the OIG Hotline is primarily defined by its investigative capacity?  What if there currently exists no executive body to prevent ongoing abuses of power by the FBI's far right?

Answer:  Then deputize some former FBI agents with integrity and create such a task force on an emergency basis.  The far right within the FBI and affiliates is not pausing in its bid for autocratic control of our nation.  The silencing of whistleblowers is central to this aim.

Yet, the protection of whistleblowers and their families needs to be urgently prioritized.

Without this, no one will speak out about the unconstitutional acts being committed by the FBI's far right.   It's as simple as that.

17. Do you hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct?

Answer:  Yes, I do.
