In addition to threats described below, I am in receipt of the following:
- a threat of staged vehicle accident or staged motorcycle or bicycle accident involving a planned collision with Ken MacWilliams' vehicle, to be followed by a lawsuit. The FBI's objective here appears to be the placement of defamatory material concerning both Ken and Lane MacWilliams within a public court record in order to discredit Lane MacWilliams as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance.
- a threat of IRS audit in direct retaliation for Lane MacWilliams standing as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance in the form of the agency's knowing corruption of the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative and the affiliated "target of interest" program through falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.

In addition to threats described below, I am in receipt of the following:
- a threat of arson to be perpetrated at the MacWilliams' Portola Valley, CA home
- a threat of false charges/false arrest toward Lane MacWilliams pertaining to AFE/Jim Mellano's reported 1099 mailing to the MacWilliams' residential address, contrary to Lane MacWilliams repeated written requests. Together with false arrest threats, there appear to be accompanying threats of law enforcement "shooting" during an alleged effort to "resist" or "escape."
- a threat of false charges/false arrest toward a MacWilliams family member pertaining to "espionage" or "industrial espionage" of some sort. Allegedly, FBI personnel have compelled falsified witness statements from myriad paid "informants" in order to advance a false narrative of wrongdoing on the part of one or more MacWilliams family members in direct retaliation for Lane MacWilliams' stance as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance. This threat has been more thoroughly recorded within email documentation by Lane MacWilliams, to be made public in the event such false charges are extended in any capacity whatsoever. It bears repeating that, together with false arrest threats, there appear to be accompanying threats of law enforcement "shooting" during an alleged effort to "resist" or "escape."
- a threat of forced job loss for a MacWilliams family member in direct retaliation for Lane MacWilliams' standing as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance toward the law-abiding American public
- a threat of forced property divestment of 40 Gansett Rd. Woods Hole, MA through flooding, arson, or vandalism combined with insurance cancellation through Infragard signatory, MPIUA
- a threat of mooring sabotage/cancellation through coordination with Quissett Boatyard personnel and the Falmouth Harbor Master Gregg Fraser
- a threat of ongoing identity theft online through Wifi "piggybacking" perpetrated at a nearby neighbor's home with FBI guidance. The objective of this identity impersonation appears to be falsified communications to bolster the FBI's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against MacWilliams family members.
- a threat that FBI personnel have the capacity to arrange for an "aviation accident" for a MacWilliams family member, and further, that they will do so if Lane MacWilliams does not comply with the FBI's demand for silence concerning the agency's engagement in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting and other crimes against the law-abiding American public.

- a threat of a "knock on the door" by two law enforcement officers on Sunday morning, with a request to simply "ask some questions." Allegedly, there is a violent intention on the part of law enforcement within this scheme. Correspondingly, I am advised not to engage with corrupt Sheriff's deputies or far right FBI personnel in any capacity at this time.
- a threat of drone-facilitated sniper assault through the windows of my home
- a threat of kidnapping on the morning of Saturday, February 18, 2023, during the period of time that my husband takes my older son to an MRI exam at Stanford for a 9:00 AM appointment

In addition to threats described in prior posts, I am informed through Google that someone is utilizing an account under my name, listed as Grace72162.
I am not accessing an account called Grace72162@gmail.com.
It appears that online identity theft as perpetrated by far right FBI personnel and affiliates continues to be a central concern.

The FBI is a deeply divided agency. There are many FBI employees who view their vows to the Constitution with the utmost seriousness and honor, and who strive to defend the fundamentals of our democracy with courage, fortitude and commitment. The fact that some segments of the FBI appear to have embraced a lawless course is not a justification to assail the FBI in general. The safety of FBI agents should be protected, just as the safety of the American citizenry should be protected. As President Joseph R. Biden has so rightly expressed, violence is never justified in any circumstance. The rule of law must always be honored and upheld. It is our shared determination to preserve the civil liberties and human rights of ALL AMERICANS that renders the United States a democracy. We must never abandon this promise. All of our most cherished freedoms depend upon it.
