Forwarded to: the OIG Hotline at 3:38 PM Pacific time on September 6, 2025 with the following introduction:
OIG Hotline, please see my communication to the FBI-CJIS Division, below.
I will appreciate your Office's assistance in ensuring that the email below reaches the FBI's CJIS Division, and further, in guiding the FBI to fulfill my request with immediacy, completeness and professionalism.
Because the FBI appears to allege that there are new plans of harm against my family, my pets and myself pertaining to non-conventional vectors of illness and other aggression, I have found it necessary to publish this email on my blog.
If the agency wants confidentiality in this case, it needs to learn that ongoing institutional plans of first-degree murder are unacceptable.
A truly "intelligent" agency would place all documentation pertaining to this case into my hands on an immediate basis, together with outreach to resolve my concerns to my satisfaction. That is a process in which the FBI can demonstrate a modicum of integrity in ceasing all aggression and requesting confidentiality.
Until we reach that point, this is a public search for information pertaining to knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI and its affiliates in this particular case.
Thank you for allowing me to document these serious concerns with your Office.
Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

To the FBI-CJIS Division:
On Monday, September 8, 2025, a FedEx package will be mailed to your auspices containing my Summary Request for all information pursuant to an IdHS check of my name and identity.
The content of this communication includes a cover letter, the text of which I have included below, along with an Identity History Summary Request Form, two FD 258 pages (the duplication is intended to assist your matching process, as my fingertips have many creases due to unwanted weight loss), a credit card payment form, and, should the FBI experience any problems whatsoever with my credit card, which is perfectly valid, a money order from Canada Post.
Please accept this communication in confirmation of my full privacy rights. While my letter dated September 5, 2025, below (which you will soon receive from FedEx) states that I retain all privacy rights as defined within the OIG Hotline's original settlement pertaining to my case with the FBI, I have not seen the settlement agreement referenced. Therefore, I hereby amend my September 5, 2025 letter to claim all privacy rights owed to me, including those defined within the original settlement agreement established by the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ, as well as all other possible legal protections of my privacy, to establish the greatest possible privacy protections surrounding my name, voice, likeness and identity in this matter.
I must observe that my desire to discourage the FBI's ongoing defamation toward me pertaining to this case is not likely equal to the agency's desire to suppress its crimes of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against my family members and myself.
In other words, the FBI's desire for confidentiality regarding this case is without doubt much greater than mine.
Still, given the FBI's proclivities to aggression and violence when caught in malfeasance for which it wishes to avoid accountability, even in private legal discussions with individual complainants, it will be necessary for the agency to exercise restraint in this case to which it is unquestionably unaccustomed -- restraint regarding ongoing defamation of my family members and myself, restraint regarding ongoing sovereignty violations toward my family members and myself, all of which must now be withdrawn, restraint regarding wrongful directives toward my sons and their significant others, restraint regarding legal actions based on knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting regarding my loved ones and myself in addition to wrongful directives by my sons' handlers, restraint regarding the FBI's habitual obstruction of justice in preventing the timely and complete fulfillment of information requests to the agency, and restraint regarding plans of ongoing reputational, professional, economic, social, physical and/or cognitive harm toward my loved ones and myself, with the mitigation of previous harms now needing to rise to a top priority for the agency.
Thank you for demonstrating the highest ethics and professionalism in fulfilling my Summary Request for all IdHS information without redaction or omission, and for doing so with urgency and immediacy, given the threats my loved ones and I myself are all currently experiencing.
I hasten to add that I do recognize the challenging short term mission and objectives of the FBI at the current time. That is why I am focusing on the preservation of our most essential human rights over the long term, so as not to interfere with or obstruct the FBI's short term necessities. My choices reflect allowances for an agency which has consistently demonstrated unconscionable aggression toward me as a human rights advocate, even going so far as to repeatedly and remorselessly target my spouse, my children, my friends and my pets for egregious and gratuitous harm.
I invite the FBI to now choose a wiser course with regard to this case, given that acknowledgement of the agency's crimes of falsified law enforcement reporting toward my family, extended through high level attorneys, will best serve the FBI's interests in hewing more closely to its mission and objectives, and will further allow the FBI to better serve the national interest in the long term.
I appreciate your honorable engagement with this critical matter.
Sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams

To the FBI-CJIS Division:
Please accept my Summary Request for all information pursuant to this IdHS check.
If you require electronic fingerprints for any reason, please contact Canada's electronic fingerprint system, which will provide you with electronic fingerprints on your request.
Thank you for your prompt and complete fulfillment of this request.
Please note that I retain all privacy rights as defined within the OIG Hotline's original settlement of my case with the FBI.
Due to the nature of the FBI's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against my family members and myself, prioritized fulfillment of this documentation is requested.
Please be apprised that this Summary Request will be shared with the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as publicly published.
I appreciate your cooperation with this important inquiry.
If the FBI desires confidential handling of this request, or material pursuant to it, the agency would be well served to initiate honorable and peaceable outreach to me through an attorney at this time.
Sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
