My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

A Word About Background Checks, Part 1

 1.  You have requested extensive background checks on your name and identity, both within Canada and the United States.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  May I ask why you are pursuing this course of action now?

Answer:  The FBI is hiding its false reporting against my family members and myself through obstruction of the Freedom of Information Act.  But it may be harder for the agency to hide its malfeasance against us through direct background checks.

3.  You were informed by the DOJ in April of 2021 that you were welcome to submit fingerprint documentation to the FBI's CJIS Division in order to obtain a criminal record.  What did you make of that letter at the time?

Answer:  I completely discounted it.  If I had had an arrest record or a conviction record, I should have known about it.  It never occurred to me that a judicial process could have been undertaken without my participation.  The very possibility is so wildly unconstitutional, it made no sense whatsoever.

4.  And yet, it seems as though the FBI has significantly stepped up its aggression since you filed your background check requests.  Isn't that the case?

Answer:  It absolutely is.  I was threatened today with a wrongful law enforcement raid overnight tonight on the basis of having a Chinese cashier at the grocery store this afternoon.

5.  What is the importance of having a Chinese cashier at the grocery store, please?

Answer:  You're asking an entirely rational question.  I gather that the FBI had planned to create AI-generated film of my passing some type of information to the cashier or the cashier's passing some sort of information to me.  It only takes a few hours to create this fake material, and this was supposed to be convincing enough for the FBI to go before a judge and request a law enforcement raid that was allegedly meant to result in an "accidental shooting."

6.  A law enforcement raid that was meant to result in your murder by the FBI and its affiliates?

Answer:  This is what the agency appears to suggest.

7.  Do you give these threats any credence?

Answer:  The FBI is completely out of control, so, yes, it is unfortunately necessary to give thought to even the most far-fetched threats.  The agency is not a rational actor.  So, one cannot make assumptions about a logical course of action on the part of its personnel and affiliates.  The FBI is not going to be following a logical course of action.  The FBI is going to be acting criminally, without conscience, at every possible opportunity.  This has been my experience over the course of years of observing the agency pertaining to my case in particular.

8.  Do you feel that this dialogue may prevent the FBI from aggressing in this manner today or tonight?

Answer:  One would hope.

9.  The FBI appears to suggest that your younger son Duncan has been coerced into falsely alleging "espionage activity" on the part of your family members in some capacity.  Do you believe this allegation?

Answer:  I don't believe it, no.  If my son Duncan is interviewed by the OIG Hotline, he will deny any such allegation.

Now, is it possible that the FBI wrongfully altered some of Duncan's previous witness statements in house and placed his signature on those documents and proceeded to notarize them, all without his knowledge or consent?  Absolutely.

He is on his honeymoon in Greece right now.  It would be just like the FBI to alter his documents when he was difficult to reach, all with the plan of utilizing them to wrongfully commit murder of one or more of our family members.

That is classic opportunism, criminality, deceit and violence from the agency -- all rolled into one.

10.  You are short on time right now.  Would you be willing to continue this conversation tomorrow?

Answer:  Assuming I am alive and well tomorrow, of course I would, yes.

11.  Thank you for expressing these recent events that appear to be threatening your safety.  Please take care to maintain your safety and security.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.  And thank you for your concern.
