My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Seven Silent Sources, Withholding Critical Information Pertaining to the Long Term Sovereignty of the United States

 1.  Your sons and MX have both allegedly been wrongfully tasked by their agencies in an attempt to mischaracterize them as criminals.  What is the intent in this conduct, which is said to have been authorized at the highest level?

Answer:  The intent appears to be that of avoiding the necessary provision of information to me at this time.  If the FBI can lie about my sons and MX, and my husband as well, then the agency can wrongfully argue that the provision of information to me about the agency's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting concerning my family represents a security risk.

2.  But the FBI is actually ordering the conduct of your sons and MX under threat of death.  Is that the case?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

3.  Meanwhile, information due to you by today from the Canadian Human Rights Commission has been inexplicably delayed.  Is that true?

Answer:  Yes, a letter from the CHRC, due to me by today at the latest, was allegedly mislaid, lost or stolen last week.  I have asked the CHRC for an immediate replacement via email, and I have been provided with nothing as of this moment, 3:57 PM Pacific time on September 29, 2025.

4.  Is the FBI still attempting to accuse you, your husband or your sons of capital crimes, allegedly staged by the FBI's own Txx Lxxxx under the auspices of the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program?

Answer:  Agency personnel appear to state that this is the case.

5.  What is the FBI's objective in persisting with this lie?

Answer:  It seems that the FBI wants to go before a court somewhere and obtain an effective death warrant toward me or toward my family members or both, all based on false information.

6.  And you would have no opportunity to answer false claims in this secret court process, because you would not know about them?

Answer:  That's correct.  I would have no means of knowing what the false claims were, and I would have scant or no representation in that process.

7.  So that initiative would be wildly unconstitutional.

Answer:  Yes, it would.

8.  The FBI appears to be alleging that the FBI has forged documentation in your name granting permission for withdrawals from an account bearing your name within the DOJ.  Have you written a letter to the DOJ granting permission for withdrawal of funds from any account bearing your name?

Answer:  I have not.

9.  Do you intend to do so?

Answer:  I do not.

10.  Who owes you access to information regarding the FBI's perpetration of knowingly false reporting about you and your family at this point?

Answer:  The Canadian Human Rights Commission owed me access to information as of today, September 29, 2025, though this communication via email was coming from a fake name, Willem Monkhouse, alleging that he was an ATIP analyst within the CHRC. (This non-person actually appears to consist of FBI personnel.)

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) owed me a Certified Criminal Record Check for personal use, as well as a verification of information relating to any record suspension whatsoever.  And this was to be based on a fingerprinting process which I underwent.  But this record has not been provided to me, and as of now, there is radio silence from the RCMP.  They've simply gone offline and I have no substantive information from them.

The FBI's CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) owes me information from a fingerprint card I sent to them within the United States, but I have not received a reply from them.  Obviously, the agency does not want to reveal its own lies in this case, so I highly doubt that information will be forthcoming from them.

The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office owes me information pertaining to disciplinary records regarding dishonesty in Sheriff's Deputy Rick Chaput and other personnel, and, while I have been told that information will be supplied to me on a rolling basis, I have received nothing from this agency as of this time.  Legal counsel for the Sheriff's Department, Attorney Karen Rosenthal, actually initially stated that these disciplinary records were not due to me until I cited chapter and verse to them of the 2023 law proving otherwise.  Still, I have no information in my possession.

The Barnstable County Sheriff's Office went silent when I submitted a Massachusetts Public Records request and FOIA request under my birth name.  So, I have reason to believe that the County is hiding something significant.  I just don't have access to the contents.

France appears to have a criminal record which they have refused to erase at FBI directive (and God bless France for their honesty in this regard), but they will not release it to me without my birth certificate or marriage certificate, both of which the FBI appears to be actively withholding from me by controlling the release of records in San Diego County, where I was born, and Rhode Island, where I was married.  So this information is there, but I simply cannot currently access it.

Staff member Leanne Pickrem of CSI Screening, a Canadian company which is meant to be facilitating my background checks across the board, has failed to answer my repeated request for further information regarding France's record, including my query as to whether the following codes represent designations of criminal charges of some kind: 5FCCBC2C; 92198E7B; 21C20144; 0DD17769; 7F8832DF; 137971F3; 73DA05C9.  Given her silence, I must assume they do represent criminal charges.  But again, she is refusing to tell me what they are.  It is not clear whether "Leanne Pickrem" is also a false identity being put forward by FBI personnel, but this is highly possible.

This is the status of my current search for information about the FBI's crimes (and those of its affiliates) of false reporting against my family members and myself.  It seems that there is substantive false information possessed by all of these sources, but the law is simply being broken in each case through the withholding of the material.

11.  Is your life currently being threatened because you have asked for this material?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  And my family members' lives are being threatened as well.  My sons and MX are experiencing the height of predation and abuse, tragically, with the FBI having caused deadly illness in  all of them, followed by the withholding of appropriate medical treatment.  The demands for knowingly false witness statements pertaining to our family appear to be ongoing, both from the FBI and from the DoD at Presidential directive.

12.  So every day's delay in providing real information to you is yet another opportunity for devastating harm to be perpetrated against your family members, your friends, your pets and yourself.  Is that the case?

Answer:  It certainly is.

13.  A "lost" letter from the Canadian Human Rights Commission could translate to your wrongful deaths.  Isn't that true?

Answer:  Alarmingly, it is true.  That's why the CHRC needs to replace that missing communication and make real information available to me immediately.

14.  What is President Trump's responsibility in this instance?  What is the responsibility of the United States Congress?  What is the responsibility of the Supreme Court?

Answer:  My understanding is that the Supreme Court has decided that the OIG Hotline's investigative material should be provided to me.  The FBI is simply unlawfully ignoring that judgment at this time.

Of course, if members of the U.S. Congress and the Executive Branch have any loyalty to the sovereignty of our nation, they will be supporting the immediate provision of material to me as well.

15.  You are willing to engage in confidential discussions regarding the content of the material provided to you, but you are not willing to forego the material's provision.

Answer:  That's true.

16.  Why not?

Answer:  Because to do so would represent a de facto forfeiture of the long term sovereignty of our nation, and a comprehensive abandonment of the individual long term sovereignty of members of the American public and our close allies.  This needs to be a conversation, even if confidential, in which I possess the details of the false reporting, the investigative efforts, the judicial records, etc. so that I can wield the most leverage possible on the part of our nation and its future.  In the absence of that, this is a failed effort due to the FBI's criminal malfeasance, and we will find the whole of humanity in the long term diminished as a direct result.

17.  Might this opportunity to address this false reporting arise at another time?

Answer:  No.  It won't recur.

18.  Why won't it?

Answer:  No one will work as hard as I have worked on behalf of others.  This effort has required superhuman diligence and determination and resourcefulness and adaptability and fortitude.  And I've never taken a payoff.  I've never caved in when my children were raped, tortured and trafficked by the FBI.  I've never given up on my country.  I've never given up on my sons and MX.

This opportunity will not come again.

19.  How do you respond to the FBI's assertion that it has stolen items out of your house and, indeed, your hotel room in Canada in order to make further claims of knowingly false reporting against you?

Answer:  The agency and its affiliates have definitely entered my home and hotel room without permission.  So, yes, I'm sure they have stolen items in order to buttress their false claims.

20.  You still want access to the records that are due to you under the law.

Answer:  I do, and I want that access on an immediate basis.  My family deserves that follow through, and I deserve that recognition of these extraordinary efforts as well.

21.  Will you please let us know if you are provided with access to false information from any of the sources above?

Answer:  If I am provided with false information, I will immediately obtain an attorney who can facilitate appropriate confidential dialogue regarding national and individual sovereignty concerns.  In the absence of the provision of this material, I will continue to report here, yes.

22.  Thank you very much for speaking with us this afternoon.  Please keep us updated with regard to your wellbeing and that of your family members, your friends, and your pets.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.  I appreciate your concern, and of course I will follow up here with regard to our wellbeing.
