*OIG Hotline, at this particular time, none of the information pertaining to my case should be utilized by the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ, or any other entity, office, institution or individual for the assessment of settlements or penalties against the FBI or FBI affiliates for knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting or its associated harms against me or against my loved ones.

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that my iPhone showed a notification on the home screen this morning stating the following: DOWNLOAD_ASSETS_TITLE DOWNLOAD_ASSETS_SUBTITLE_NOTIFICATION_IPHONE
Please note that I did not download any files associated with this message. That said, the FBI maintains third party control of my iPhone (and indeed my computer) through a Pegasus-style hack. Given this violation of privacy, I have no doubt that the agency is capable of downloading information onto my phone or computer about which I have no knowledge whatsoever.
Please be apprised that I have not benefited financially from this case. The FBI has appeared to suggest that substantive funds have been awarded in my name on behalf of the FBI's victims, but I have not received formal notification of those funds. In an effort to prevent invasion and wrongful privatization of those funds, I have emailed your Office with my claim to their possession.
I have not accepted bribes regarding this matter or any other, and I have not succumbed to threats pertaining to this matter or any other.
In a separate possible instance of false reporting, I called the Whistler RCMP, the Pemberton RCMP, and the Squamish RCMP this morning to request an ink fingerprinting appointment. These phone calls were all courteous and honorable in every regard, and were fully documented, should this information be needed. (Please note that the FBI appears to suggest that AI-generated audio depicting irrational dialogue or threats on my part may be created in an effort to discredit my meritorious request for background checks across the board, within the United States and Canada, both.)
It seems significant that I was turned away for ink fingerprinting from all three stations of the RCMP. The Squamish station stated that they no longer "offer" ink fingerprinting, in direct contradiction of previous statements from their own dispatcher several days ago. The Whistler station told me that their personnel did not have time to assist me, and further, that no appointments are taken for ink fingerprinting. And the Pemberton station told me that I needed to contact the Whistler station, as Pemberton was out of my geographical area -- this, despite the fact that I would be happy to drive to their office, as I did on Wednesday of this week for electronic fingerprinting.
I am currently seeking alternatives, and will keep your Office apprised of new developments in this regard.
Please note that my older son continues to confirm via text that all of our phone conversations and communications are lawful and honorable in every regard.
This is to confirm that all of my conduct, activities, communications, interactions, internet use, phone calls, phone use and intentions have been and continue to be lawful and honorable in every way, shape and form.
I hereby contest the claims of any person who suggests otherwise as knowingly, willfully and categorically false.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
