My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Preserving the Chain of Command

 1.  Your son has allegedly been directed to drop an Environmental Science Lab class which meets on Thursday mornings.  Yet the FBI appears to suggest that he was never registered for this class in the first place.  Is this correct?

Answer:  The FBI is making some suggestion of an irregularity with regard to his past and current course registrations at DeAnza College, yes.  My son is expressing that he was directed to travel to DeAnza today to drop the Thursday Lab class, but the FBI alleges that the intent is quite different.

2.  What is the FBI suggesting specifically?

Answer:  The FBI appears to be stating that it is going to direct him to engage in some form of "weapons trafficking" on the campus, and simultaneously direct students, professors and administrators to report "suspicious" behavior to campus security, local law enforcement, or the FBI itself.

3.  Meanwhile, you have documented that your son's sovereignty has been taken from him this morning through a procedure of some kind performed within apartment #323 Alma Place.  That's very close to your son's apartment, is it not?

Answer:  Only one or two doors down the hall.

4.  Does the building manager Carla know who is renting apartment #323?  Would she be able to discuss this rental knowledgeably with OIG Hotline investigators?

Answer:  Yes, and yes.

5.  Has the FBI set up a fake renter for this apartment?

Answer:  Yes, but the rent is allegedly being paid through an account with activity that is unusual and can be traced.  And the renter himself has a contract with an FBI affiliate.  So, investigators could quickly ascertain the truth of this matter through Carla and the renter of #323.

6.  Some within the FBI have suggested that your family continues to be targeted in the worst ways you are experiencing by a leader from the previous administration who was shamed before Congress for his predation toward your family members and yourself.  Is that the case?

Answer:  There appears to be a concern regarding long term legacy on the part of an elected leader from the last administration.  Even though this individual is no longer in power, he appears to be directing segments of the FBI to try to hide his malfeasance by silencing my family.

7.  Has Kamala Harris signed onto this plan of predation?

Answer:  No, I'm told she has expressly refused to do so.

8.  What about President Trump and Elon Musk?  What is their stance at the current time?   Who approved of the scheme of false reporting at DeAnza College this morning with the apparent intent of taking the life of your older son?

Answer:  These are meaningful questions, certainly, and I'm glad you're asking them.  My impression is that President Trump has taken a stance against the human trafficking by which my sons and MX have been tortured in the past, so this represents a mitigation of some of the worst kinds of harm that my children have experienced.

9.  Have you been asked to remain silent about various programs of harm your family has directly experienced?  Have you been asked to "retire"?

Answer:  To remain silent while there are ongoing attempts to take the lives of my family members and myself is a non-starter.    As long as there are those who are trying to kill my loved ones, concealment is simply not possible.  The only reason we're alive is that I have spoken about the unjustifiable harms corrupt FBI staff and affiliates have caused us.

The first change that needs to be made is a withdrawal of all aggression on the part of the FBI and its cohort.  After my family's safety has been verifiably established, the FBI can start speaking about its confidentiality needs.

Without this sequence of events, people are simply asking to commit first-degree murder with complete concealment, and even consent on the part of my family as victims.

And that's not going to happen.

10.  What do you make of the alleged current plans of arson at your properties, alongside threats of wildfire?

Answer:  The FBI has alleged that magnesium sticks or magnesium pellets have been collected in the concealed interior walls and floor spaces of my homes.  So, this is fairly specific information, and I believe the threats to be genuine.

11.  Under those circumstances, once a fire is burning, it cannot be extinguished.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  Magnesium will keep burning under many environmental conditions, I'm told.  So, if that type of fire is initiated, there is no realistic way of halting it.

12.  The FBI seems to have suggested that arson is a means to get you into an ambulance or emergency room to be evaluated for smoke inhalation, and that in that setting, you could easily die of a medical "accident."  Isn't that true?

Answer:  This appears to be the scheme, yes.

13.  And hasn't the FBI already contracted an EMT who does not usually work with the Woodside Fire Protection District in order to perform the deadly harm?

Answer:  Two contracted EMT's, I believe, along with a decommissioned emergency vehicle from the Woodside Fire Protection District.

14.  So, all of this has been thoroughly planned, it seems.

Answer:  It appears so, yes.

15.  This seems less about political party per se, and more about the FBI's desire for the money awarded to its victims.

Answer:  I think that's an accurate assessment, although there has been some discussion of unelected members of government recently authorizing uniquely predatory plans toward my family.

16.  How do you view those allegations?

Answer:  Of course, there are concerns anytime unelected, unvetted officials begin acting without sufficient oversight.

17.  Why do you feel that way?

Answer:  Because they can pursue certain unlawful priorities with impunity, and because they are not accountable to normal structures providing checks and balances to administrative overreach.

18.  Individuals in this role can be useful to a government which wishes to dissociate itself from certain plans of rapid administrative change.

Answer:  That's true, but such an official cannot continue in the current environment without Congressional and military approval.  Civilian authority which acts too imperiously will ultimately be rejected by a military hierarchy in the current climate.

19.  Has that point been reached?

Answer:  We will see.

20.  Given recent events, should Elon Musk be asked to recuse himself regarding all future decisions regarding your family, your friends, your animals and yourself?

Answer:  There are some who feel that represents the wisest course, yes.

21.  Why?

Answer:  I think the feeling is that an unelected, unvetted official should not be directing the military in conduct intended to lead to first-degree murder of an honorable American family for his own profit and advantage.

22.  Isn't such an individual wrongfully usurping the role of Commander in Chief in many areas?

Answer:  This is the concern.  We would never want a President of the United States to be acting in these ways either.  But the President has an accountability that others may not.  So, we don't want that chain of command to be broken.

23.  What is your feeling about President Trump's plan for a military parade on his birthday?

Answer:  This signals to the American public, as well as to the wider world, that we are entering into a period of effective martial law, whether announced or unannounced.  So, I think it represents an important communication, and I hope the public will be paying close attention.

24.  Will you please let us know whether your family's circumstances improve?

Answer:  Yes, I will.

25.  And will you please let us know whether your family members, your friends, your pets and you yourself are able to reclaim your health and wellbeing, despite the FBI's continuing attempts to engage in falsified law enforcement reporting against all of you?

Answer:  Most certainly.

26.  Thank you for your insights this afternoon.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

An Open Letter Requesting the Freedom of My CPA to Do Her Job

Dear President Trump and Elon Musk:

Please allow my tax accountant JoAnn Chow of Chow and Uoyang to file the 1099s issued in my father's name, together with my Fidelity documentation and an explanation from her, with the appropriate forms.

In the absence of this, the IRS can wrongfully accuse and convict me of tax evasion, with an aim of misappropriating funds awarded in my name through the OIG Hotline and the ODNI.

Sirs, I am no felon.  I am no criminal.  I am no tax cheat.  I am no miscreant.

Quite the contrary.  It is my character and integrity that have allowed my case to be brought before the Supreme Court, where I have in every case prevailed against a corrupt FBI.

The FBI should not now be enabled to steal from its victims through this tax corruption scheme.

Please untie the hands of my CPA JoAnn Chow and allow her to do her job, complying in every way with the highest professional ethical standards of her profession.

It is April 15, 2025, and JoAnn Chow has sufficient time to file my taxes with honor and integrity, as I have asked her to do.

Mr. President, Mr. Musk, thank you for ensuring that she does so.

Sincerely yours,

Lane MacWilliams

UPDATE: Fidelity Phone Call, April 14, 2025

OIG Hotline, please see the following email sent to your Office at 2:16 PM today, Pacific time.

I should not be engaged in a truth versus falsehoods contest with the FBI.

This agency should not be attempting to falsely claim that I filed any fraud allegation with Fidelity whatsoever.

Nor should the FBI be threatening the family members of OIG Hotline investigators, as they allege, in order to compel compliance with wrongful allegations.

The FBI needs to stop all of these wrongful attempts to mischaracterize me as a felon.

I did not file a fraud claim with Fidelity at any time, now or in the past.

Period.

And I have the documentation to prove this fact.

So, I expect that the FBI is now going to be forced to stop stealing from its victims.

This conduct is completely unacceptable to any civilized society and I ask that the FBI receive the sharpest possible rebuke for any attempt to extend false allegations relating to my clear, consistent, and firm communications with Fidelity today -- and at all other times.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

OIG Hotline, I just got off the phone with Fidelity Investments, where I was assisted in obtaining a letter pertaining to my IRS filing.

While "Life Events Consultant" Daniel was extremely helpful in this regard, other Fidelity representatives, chiefly Ezekiel, appear to be consistently attempting, at the directive of the FBI, to falsely document a fraud claim, either in the past or currently.

I have clarified at every turn that I never filed a fraud claim with Fidelity and I am not doing so now.

From my perspective, security at Fidelity has been perfect, with no exceptions.

My only concern relates to wrongful directives from the FBI to falsely claim fraud.

Presumably, this relates to an FBI scheme to falsely allege that I filed a fraud claim so that Fidelity can disqualify that fraud claim.  The purpose here appears to be accusing me of a felony in the filing of a spurious fraud claim -- an event which never happened.

I will shortly be reaching out to Katrina in Fidelity's Fraud Department to reconfirm that I was allowed to access my Fidelity account this morning for the sole purpose of obtaining an IRS letter, that I attempted no access of my financial accounts whatsoever, and that the original lock on any third party removing funds from Fidelity remains in place.

Having said that, I will clearly need to find a new financial institution at this time.

I do need an honest institution that will not be so easily manipulated into lying for the FBI.

There simply needs to be more integrity and honesty within banks or brokerages in order for my needs, and indeed, the American public's needs, to be adequately met.

My right, at some time in the future, to access my own private funds, should not be weaponized into an FBI scheme to falsely accuse me of a felony with the intent of misappropriating settlements awarded in my name through the auspices of the OIG Hotline and the ODNI.

Thank you for allowing me to document these serious concerns.

Please note that my conversations with Fidelity this morning were fully documented by me.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

An Open Letter to Elon Musk

Dear Mr. Musk:

The FBI informs me that it is appropriate for me to send you an open letter requesting that you allow the proper filing of my tax returns for 2024.

The agency appears to allege that my CPAs JoAnn Chow and Andy Favor are being directed by their handlers to extend knowingly misleading tax advice, and further, to file my tax returns improperly with the specific intent of the IRS later accusing me of felony tax evasion.

This corruption on the part of federal agencies would allow settlements and awards extended in my name under the auspices of the OIG Hotline and the ODNI to be misappropriated, a crime which is the alleged intent of the entire scheme.

Accordingly, I am writing to request that you allow me the freedom and, indeed, the right to file my tax returns properly and on time.

I am a highly honorable American who is striving to pay all taxes owed to both federal and state tax offices.

But I need the truth from my tax advisors and financial institutions, and following that provision, I need their full support in filing my returns correctly, professionally, completely, ethically, and on time.

Please allow me this freedom as a highly conscientious American, advocating for the longterm freedoms of all.

The tax problems caused to my family by prior FBI malfeasance should not result in an audit and wrongful accusations, charges and convictions by the IRS or any other government agency in the future.

The FBI appears to allege that this will require a change in current directives, and if this is the case, I will appreciate your intervention in ensuring that this update is extended right away.

Thank you for your ethical engagement with this most important issue.

Sincerely yours,

Lane MacWilliams

Lane MacWilliams

Our Children Are Counting On Us

 1.  You have taken pains not to publicly reveal information today that could potentially be accompanied by confidentiality requests by the FBI down the road.  Why have you been so careful about this?

Answer:  Because it's necessary to exercise great restraint in some areas even while we ask for close examination of the facts in others.

2.  Where do we need to be asking for close examination of the FBI's conduct at this time?

Answer:  Basically, in areas that stand well outside of mission and objectives.  The FBI has been tasked in important ways, but that tasking is not a carte blanche to prey upon the American public with impunity.

3.  Do you feel that the FBI's participation in human trafficking stands far outside of the FBI's mission and objectives?

Answer:  It does, yes.  There is no executive directive the FBI ever received that said "Thou shalt go and traffic America's youth for profit."  That never happened.

4.  Yet, even so, the FBI is deeply involved in the trafficking of America's youth, isn't it?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

5.  And the structural inroads the FBI has made into various organizations make it nearly impossible for the victims to escape, don't they?

Answer:  Yes, victims truly find themselves surrounded in every walk of life.  Their schedules are minutely controlled, and their handlers are acting as their traffickers, telling them where to go at what time, who to meet, etc. And they can't tell anyone without the threat of being killed for doing so.

So, this tells you how severe and pervasive the problem is.

6.  And the FBI's communications access to America's youth is devastating in this regard, isn't it?

Answer:  Yes, when handlers have 24/7 access to young Americans, the results are going to be predictably disastrous.

7.  Why?

Answer:  Because there's not adequate oversight to prevent abuse of America's youth from occurring, and the systems surrounding human trafficking are well-entrenched within the FBI.  There's "profit-sharing" regarding this enslavement of our young, which is to say that monies are distributed to those who are high enough in the FBI hierarchy.  And so the effects on our most important generation with regard to our future are just annihilating.

8.  Are young Americans who tell the truth about the FBI's role actually killed?

Answer:  The monies involved are approximately 250 billion dollars in global "profits" per year.  So, yes, those who are deemed an exposure risk to the FBI's domestic trafficking or the CIA's international trafficking are in grievous peril.

9.  Have your sons told investigators what the FBI and its affiliates did to them?

Answer:  I believe they have.

10.  And now are their lives being threatened?

Answer:  Extensively, yes.

11.  Why did they tell the truth?

Answer:  At a certain point, human trafficking is so egregious, it cannot be seen as anything other than a prelude to first-degree murder.  When victims understand this, they realize they have nothing to lose in telling the truth.  And at that point, everything changes.

12.  Why?

Answer:  Because there is no real negotiation with someone who wants your life, your courage, and your soul.  The FBI is constantly attempting to "make deals" with the agency's trafficking victims, whether through threats, bribes, or ultimatums.  But when your very survival is on the line, there is no deal to make.

When trafficking victims realize that the FBI intends to kill them, they awaken to the stark realities of their enslavement as a whole.

13.  What is at stake for America in the FBI's trafficking of our youth?

Answer:  Everything.  Our virtue, our integrity, our worthiness, and our future.

14.  You feel that when we give the FBI secret access to our children and youth, abuses of this kind are all but inevitable.

Answer:  It's the concealed nature of these programs that has rendered the abuses possible.  We cannot give away the keys to the kingdom without extensive oversight.  We need to be extremely leery of FBI demands to convey 24/7 communications devices to young people.  When the agency has this kind of concealed access to an attractive young person, trafficking is all but a foregone conclusion.  It's not that it might happen.  It will happen.

15.  And your point has been that the human trafficking perpetrated by the FBI and CIA have the potential to enslave all future generations.

Answer:  That's correct.  How do young people recover, assuming they survive, after having been trafficked by the FBI and its affiliates?  How do they rebuild their identities, their sovereignty, their boundaries?  We need to understand the answers to these questions, and then we need to heal a whole generation of Americans who have been harmed.

16.  The FBI often threatens young people with distributing films of their trafficking in an attempt to control them indefinitely, doesn't it?

Answer:  Yes, this is one of the most common ways the FBI seeks to exert perpetual control over its trafficking victims -- with threats of shaming them publicly.

17.  Given that trafficking by the FBI has ruined millions of young Americans' lives, what can we say about the origin of these initiatives?  Are foreign countries involved the the structural elements of the trafficking of America's youth?

Answer:  These are critical questions.  Certainly, we would expect that foreign adversaries of the United States might be keenly interested in destroying our most important generation through trafficking.  And there can be no question but that there are foreign links to organized crime within the United States.  So, there are concerns regarding the United States' adversaries that should be investigated fully in order for us to ascertain how this could possibly have happened.

18.  Can trafficking victims recover?

Answer:  They can recover if we insist that they recover, if we insist that their experiences are important and must be heard, and if we insist that they help us to ensure that this never happens again.

19.  Can systems of trafficking within the FBI be halted?

Answer:  Of course they can.  And beyond this realization, they must.

20.  Why do you feel so strongly about this subject?

Answer:  Anyone who loves our country is going to feel strongly about this subject.  To enslave America's youth through predation by our premier federal law enforcement agency represents a kind of Trojan horse we cannot endure.  We must confront this if we believe that Americans' freedoms must survive, Americans' loyalties must endure, and Americans' sovereignty must flourish.

Our children deserve our fiercest defense.  They're counting on us.

21.  How can your own children now be rendered safe?

Answer:  By outreach, which I hope will be forthcoming.  I believe President Trump is concerned about the American people's suffering through trafficking by the FBI, so he may insist that my children be assisted, alongside many others.

22.  What are your thoughts about the possibility of outreach with regard to the FBI's human trafficking?

Answer:  It would be transformative for our nation, and I think the American people would understand it as such.

23.  Please keep us up-to-date regarding your sons' wellbeing and that of MX as well.

Answer:  Thank you very kindly.  I most certainly will.

Lane MacWilliams

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I am receiving kidnapping threats this morning relating to an email sent to your Office at 5:41 AM.  In addition, all other members of my family are being actively threatened.

Under the circumstances, I request immediate outreach, please.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
