OIG Hotline, I am currently in the O'Connor Hospital Emergency Room in San Jose, where Dr. Ly has ordered a liver ultrasound on my behalf. In addition, he has communicated his willingness to order ELISA testing through Mayo Clinic Laboratories for Schistosoma Species Antibody, though he demonstrates a lack of familiarity with this process.
I have expressed to Dr. Ly that there are unique concerns regarding my treatment in any medical setting at this time.
Of greatest concern are sterile, safe and private procedural methods. The FBI has attempted to attest that I suffer from HIV, which is a patent falsehood.
O'Connor Hospital should not assist the FBI in transmitting HIV or any other pathogen or contaminant to me while I am here.
Next, it is critical that O'Connor Hospital staff not attempt to conceal any cystic features present in my liver or surrounding organs. El Camino Hospital's malfeasance in this realm has placed my son in an exceptionally poor position with regard to his needed care.
If the OIG Hotline is able to communicate in some capacity with O'Connor Hospital in order to ensure my safety and security while here, I would greatly appreciate the support.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
