OIG Hotline, my older son's attending physician at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View is Dr. Clarence Allegakon.
It is alleged that FBI informants Jacob Ballon, Doug Bodin, and other former physicians for my son have been in touch with one or more members of El Camino Hospital staff in defamatory communications regarding my family as directed by FBI agent Txx Lxxxx.
I would very much appreciate your intervention to ensure that my son's medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment with Dr. Allegakon are objective, capable, private and safe, and that they meet with best practices in all regards.
