Re: Release Documentation from the FBI
Duncan, I have requested that you and Mary be released from your relationships to the FBI at this time.
Tom Lyons should be preparing documentation confirming that you both are free and clear from any further obligations to this agency or its affiliates whatsoever.
Neither you nor Mary should be engaging in any further meetings whatsoever with Tom Lyons or his colleagues, nor with Brandan Pesa or his associates. Following the completion of your release documentation, neither one of you should engage in any communication whatsoever with Txx Lxxxx or his colleagues, or with Brandan Pesa or his associates.
As part of this release, all of the falsified witness statements you and Mary provided to the FBI are to be expunged. You and Mary should request all of your witness statements on file to ensure that they reflect the truth and nothing else. Equivocal language, or references to "perhaps" and "maybe," provide a clear signal that a statement should be expunged in its entirety. Be assertive about this requirement.
If you have suffered illnesses due to FBI malfeasance, the agency is authorized to direct you to physicians who can immediately and impartially assist you.
You and Mary are to be authorized to share your release documentation with me, and I will verify the validity and enforceability of that documentation with third parties who supervise the conduct of the FBI.
Further, you and Mary are to be authorized to share your health information with me as it pertains to harms you have suffered at the hands of FBI personnel and affiliates.
Your complete separation from Tom Lyons, Brandan Pesa and any and all of their affiliates is necessary for the safety of our entire family at this time.
As part of your release, the FBI agrees to remove you and Mary and all of your relatives and friends from the FBI's "target of interest" list. Beyond this, the FBI agrees not to aggregate any law enforcement reporting about either one of you in the future, nor about your family or friends. The FBI also agrees that neither you nor Mary are to be surveilled and/or harmed in the future by local law enforcement, the CIA, or any other FBI/CIA affiliates whatsoever. If this language is not in your agreement, write in on the document, please.
Additionally, as part of your release, the FBI agrees to remove all DEWs from your residence and the residences of your neighbors while you watch this process occurring. The FBI further agrees not to deploy any other DEWs against you in any setting. If this language is not in your release agreement, write it on the document, please.
Further, the FBI agrees that, upon your acquisition of new computers and phones, neither the FBI nor its affiliates will engage in any alterations of the software of your electronic devices designed to cause harmful exposures to pulsed EMF. If this language is not in your release agreement, write it on the document, please.
As well, the FBI agrees to reverse harmful alterations to magnetic ELF in your residence, in addition to EMF, and ionizing radiation exposures. Access to your water supply enabling contamination by third parties is to be removed and this removal confirmed to you. Your accounts with your utilities companies -- including electric/gas, water, and cable/internet -- are to be removed from all "target of interest" designations, and the provision of your utilities is to be normalized in every way. Contamination of your food through intervention at restaurants and groceries is to immediately halt. If this language is not in your release agreement, write it on the document, please.
You should reserve the right to add stipulations to your release documentation if you or Mary experience any further unanticipated harms. If this language is not in your release agreement, write it on the document, please.
Your release from serving the FBI as an informant, and Mary's release in the same capacity, in no way indemnifies the FBI or its affiliates from liability for the harms it has caused you or other family members or friends. Any such attempt to indemnify the agency or its affiliates against liability for its crimes against you or other family members or friends should be crossed out by you on the document itself, with your initials provided alongside the strike. Be extremely attentive to this detail, please. Read everything over multiple times, and allow no such indemnification to remain in the documents you and Mary sign.
Your brother is quite ill due to the crimes of Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa, and I regret to express to you that FBI affiliates are of the opinion that he will not recover.
If it is true that Graham cannot recover from the Echinococcus multilocularis caused by Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa, we need to communicate openly and lovingly in the time that we have with Graham. No one can be filing witness statements of any kind when facing the willful murder of a beloved family member by criminal members of the FBI. Such actions, in the face of this circumstance, would be unconscionable.
We need to pull together as a family at this time.
These circumstances were caused by a predatory group of men within the FBI who are implementing the "Phoenix Program," an initiative which serves as a euphemism for murder against law-abiding American citizens.
Their hatred, mockery, deceit, cruelty, and sadism cannot equal the truthfulness, fortitude, courage, integrity and love that have always characterized our family.
Accordingly, I look forward to receiving completed release documentation from you and Mary on an immediate basis.
