OIG Hotline, it appears that PG&E is proposing to "install new equipment" at our property. I presume this letter references a threat delineated for me by PG&E employee "Maria," who stated to me that PG&E could, at its discretion, elect to "replace the cross-piece" on our power pole at any time.
Because this "work" has been described by my stalker as a scheme initiated by the FBI, with the specific intent of dramatically increasing EMF radiation within our residence, I believe it should not take place.
Without doubt, PG&E's EMF Department would have engaged in active communications with the FBI concerning this particular plan of assault against my family.
I have written a letter to PG&E's legal department concerning this issue, copied below, but I cannot legally halt this project by myself.
Accordingly, I must ask for your thoughtful advocacy in persuading PG&E to cease and desist.
PG&E is bound to be very concerned about the fact that its cooperation with the FBI in preying upon law-abiding utilities customers who have been wrongfully designated as "targets of interest" may be exposed to public view.
Unfortunately, it appears the company's response to the potential exposure of its crimes is to double-down in aggressively punishing those who could articulate them more broadly.

To the management of PG&E:
Due to my role as whistleblower of FBI malfeasance in the form of knowingly falsified law-enforcement reporting against law-abiding American citizens, I have requested that PG&E cease and desist in all activities directed by the FBI and pertaining to my PG&E account #510 4423 8965.
This includes the FBI's threat to have PG&E dramatically increasing my family's exposures to EMF radiation through equipment changes manifested under the excuse of replacing the crosse-piece of our residential power pol at 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA. 94028.
Today, I am in receipt of PG&E Letter ID 863881, a scan of which is attached to this email.
In its contents, PG&E announces that there will be a power outage at my residential address from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, July 21, 2023 as the result of "installing new equipment."
On the chance that this planned power outage corresponds to an intention to replace the cross-piece on the power pole on my property, I must document that there is nothing whatsoever wrong with the cross-piece on my power pole. It is identical to all the other crosse-pieces in my neighborhood. For your reference, I include a photograph herewith. PG&E has no excuse whatsoever for conducting this needless work at my address.
In truth the long line of "make-work" predations perpetrated by PG&E at the behest of the FBI concerning my family's home have been unconscionable.
The fact that I have received no less than hundreds of threats from FBI affiliates pertaining to PG&E's ability to kill my family with dramatically elevated EMF exposures rough through the installation of "new equipment" under the excuse of the replacement of our power pole cross-piece should raise everyone's alarm. It does mine.
I'm very sorry that PG&E has elected to prey upon its law-abiding customers through its EMF Department at FBI directives. The "target of interest" program, and the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative to which it relates, have victimized countless innocent Americans -- and are clearly and unquestionably unconstitutional.
You, as PG&E's management, need to answer for those decisions publicly.
I do not recommend that you compound PG&E's crimes against the American public by attempting to harm my family yet further. You have already given investigators quite a log to evaluate.
Please be apprised that I will be sharing this communication with others who have an interest in PG&E'ss conduct in this case.
Again I formally request that PG&E cease and desist all plans for work on or near my property on July 21, 2023 and on any other date until this matter can be thoroughly investigated.
I have requested that PG&E engage in no further helicopter deployments above my home or property. I have asked that PG&E decline to disseminate hexavalent chromium or other harmful chemical at my property, as has been threatened. I have asked that PG&E crews decline to alter the gas/particulate mix supplying my home in a manner that causes harm. I have requested that electric currents within my home be rendered stable and low, not highly fluctuating as my meters demonstrate. And I have asked that EMF exposures be rendered stable and low as well, not highly variable as my EMF gauges attest.
Thank you for your cooperation at this time in prioritizing the safety of my family and myself as longtime, law-abiding PG&E customers.
