OIG Hotline investigators, it may be that the most direct way to ensure that PG&E halt its unlawful alterations of the magnetic field at our residence as manifested through the "fuse saver" assembly at 87 Vista Verde Way is simply for your Office to demand that the assembly be provided as evidence in an ongoing investigation.
Otherwise, it will be fairly rudimentary for PG&E to file a "USA ticket" requesting daytime evaluation of the magnetic field at our home, while the fuse saver assembly has been turned to the "off" position in PG&E's control center in Concord, CA, one hundred and fifty miles distant.
It does appear that the greatest instabilities within the magnetic field at our residence are, in fact, being implemented at night, during sleeping hours, as was threatened by FBI affiliates prior to this installation.
Still, even daytime readings can reach dramatic multipliers (40-100 times) of baseline milliGaus, typically moving in the slow wave pattern described below. It appears that these alterations are known to be cancer causing in human beings exposed to these artificial environmental hazards.
We all evolved within stable magnetic fields, and their instabilities have profoundly deleterious effects on human health.
We would certainly appreciate forceful intervention with PG&E at this time to ensure that our family suffer no further harm as the result of the predations of this public utility.
I remain deeply concerned about the actions of public utilities nationwide -- and potentially internationally -- in cooperating with unlawful demands by the FBI and its affiliates to prey upon, "punish," or harm those whom the far right views as its political opponents.
With gratitude for your ongoing efforts,
Lane MacWilliams

Re: Preservation of Evidence Demand Re: Harmful Magnetic Field Alterations Caused by PG&E's Contractor Installation of Equipment on July 21, 2023, Account #510 4423 8965
To the management of PG&E:
On Friday, July 21, 2023, PG&E hired contractors Alvah Construction and Canus to install a "fuse saver" assembly at 87 Vista Verde Way with the effect of both heightening and destabilizing the magnetic field within my residence at 45 Vista Verde Way.
Allegedly, these actions were taken at the directive of FBI and/or CIA personnel acting under contract to the FBI in retaliation for my standing as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance.
In fact, according to objective measurements since July 21st, the magnetic field within my home has been both heightened and destabilized in a manner known to be deleterious to human health.
Most of the time, magnetic ELF within my residence demonstrates a "slow wave" pattern, moving between .1 milliGaus and 3.5 milliGaus, and then returning to the low point, over the course of approximately 20-25 minutes from peak to trough. Variations appear more pronounced at night, during our sleeping hours.
Prior to the installation of "fuse saver" equipment by the PG&E contractors mentioned above, the magnetic ELF within my home was stable at .1 milliGaus, without variation.
It is my understanding that PG&E is able to activate and de-activate the "fuse saver assembly" from its control facility in Concord, CA, over one hundred and fifty miles distant from my home. It is an elementary matter to turn the apparatus to the "off" position, thus returning magnetic ELF immediately to the .1 milliGaus which is its normal baseline.
Please consider this letter to be my formal demand that the "fuse saver assembly" which continues to alter magnetic ELF within my residence be disabled until such time as investigators from the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice are able to thoroughly evaluate PG&E's actions in this case in response to FBI/CIA directives.
Clearly, it is both improper and unlawful for PG&E to be utilizing electric utility access by a law-abiding PG&E consumer to extend harms in retaliation for her serving as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance.
Accordingly, I would ask that the "fuse saver assembly" be immediately turned off in deference to the queries of investigators.
Please further consider this letter for be a formal preservation of evidence demand, stipulating that PG&E provide to OIG Hotline investigators all communications with FBI personnel or FBI contractor personnel concerning this installation. In the context of this case, CIA personnel are serving as FBI contractors, so their communications are covered within this demand. This demand also requires that devices on which communications transpired be preserved and provided to OIG Hotline investigators upon their request. Additionally, the "fuse saver assembly" currently installed at 87 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, should be provided to OIG Hotline investigators for their analysis should they desire it.
PG&E, as a monopolistic public utility, bears unique responsibilities to the public it serves, among them the mandate to cause the public no harm -- even when that harm is directly by FBI/CIA officials under color of law.
PG&E's legal responsibilities to safeguard the wellbeing of consumers and their families remains whole and complete under the law, and it will be held to this unequivocal standard, established by both state and federal regulations.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
