My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

OIG Hotline, please be apprised of an email I attempted to send to your attention at 12:04 AM this morning, October 4, 2023.  A redacted version is included below.  

Due to obstructed Wifi, I was not able to send this information until 6:45 AM this morning.

OIG Hotline, my gas detector alarm shows low oxygen interior to our residence at this time (12:04 AM, October 4th).

It's worth noting that our circuits to our gas furnaces are off, and there is no carbon monoxide source within our residence.

It would appear that xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx have filed false witness statements about xxxxxxxxxx at the behest of xxxxxxxxxx, who no doubt arranged for xxxxxxxxxx to drive them both to xxxxxxxxxx.

Now, apparently, we will risk torture and death for a few days, until I can persuade xxxxxxxxx to notarize another affidavit.

I have turned on air filters within my home.

But given the threats I have received concerning the FBI's perpetration of this exact crime, this event hardly appears coincidental.

Also notable is the simultaneous cutoff of our internet connection and our Comcast cable, thus preventing any safeguard monitoring from federal authorities which could serve to protect my family at this time.
