OIG Hotline, this is to document that I am in receipt of renewed threats of an imminent law-enforcement raid, allegedly to be perpetrated at our Portola Valley home. I am not informed of the purported justification for such an action, except that I continue to receive indications that the FBI persists in extending false allegations regarding "espionage" activity, perhaps in an attempt to defend the malfeasance of FBI employee Txx Lxxxx, whom I have named on my blog.
I am informed that virtually any phone call in which I engage is currently likely to be mischaracterized as "dangerous," "suspicious," or "threatening," when in fact my conversations with others are entirely peaceable.
I do document my phone calls in their entirety in an attempt to prevent falsified witness statements as directed by the FBI.
And I do possess this documentation for the review of OIG Hotline investigators at any time.
One always hopes that the truth will be protective.
But, clearly, malevolent actors who engage in online impersonation and demand falsified witness statements can perpetrate rather limitless harms.
This documentation serves as my defense.
I welcome contact from OIG Hotline investigators at the earliest opportunity, as it would appear that far right segments of the FBI are beginning to feel panicked over potential exposure of their compromise.
It has been suggested that the first set of affidavits which I faxed to your Office were partially obstructed. Accordingly, I will attempt to resend this material, in addition to new affidavits for your review.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.
I thank you most heartily for your ongoing presence in this investigation.
Lane MacWilliams

The FBI is a deeply divided agency. There are many FBI employees who view their vows to the Constitution with the utmost seriousness and honor, and who strive to defend the fundamentals of our democracy with courage, fortitude and commitment. The fact that some segments of the FBI appear to have embraced a lawless course is not a justification to assail the FBI in general. As President Joseph R. Biden has so rightly expressed, violence is never justified in any circumstance. The rule of law must always be honored and upheld. It is our shared determination to preserve the civil liberties and human rights of all Americans that renders the United States a democracy. We must never abandon this promise. All of our most cherished freedoms depend upon it.
