Left voice messages on a recorded line for two landscaping companies, requesting grass cutting service for 40 Gansett Rd.  Emailed Greener Image Landscaping, requesting same.

Printed out letter and retained a physical copy for our records. 

Confirmed Dr. Ramos Silva's new address in San Jose.

Provided letter and medical records to the OIG Hotline within an email to their attention.

Documented the availability of that information on my blog.

Joined Graham's medical appointment by phone in order to document the appointment fully.

3:27 PM Connected Wifi GSQ3 to MacBook Air in order to facilitate Graham's request to discuss his capacity, under certain limited circumstances, to decline medical treatment.  He requested information regarding Advance Directives, which I reluctantly provided.

This is an area of intense focus for him, and one that concerns me a great deal.  I believe he may have been guided by others to view his medical conditions as fatal, even while he is being deprived of adequate treatment.

Graham needs an accurate diagnosis and prognosis before any discussions about declining care, in my opinion.
