My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Stronger

 1.  You have been told that there is daylight between the President and the Vice President pertaining to your case.  In pragmatic terms, what does that mean?

Answer;  In pragmatic terms, it means that President Biden is alleged to have authorized the murder of my whole family for his personal benefit.  And it also means that Vice President Harris has at times allegedly disagreed with him.

2.  Can she do more, in your opinion?

Answer:  Absolutely, she can.  We always want the person with the highest ethics to prevail when it comes to matters of the public trust.  And, while it may not seem obvious, this is almost always possible, even when the person with the highest ethics does not possess the highest title.

3.  How can the Vice President prevail over the President in a matter such as this one?

Answer:  She can stand up to all suggestions to further prey upon my family by objecting vigorously.  If she is overruled in her point of view, she can escalate by saying that she will resign if plans of first degree murder, or even ongoing harm, are further pursued against us.

4.  Would President Biden take that seriously?

Answer:  If the Vice President wields the moral conviction of such a stance, everyone will take her point of view seriously.  She has to mean it, in other words.  But if she means it, she can lead in the way that our country requires at this moment in our history.

5.  You have often said that the person with the highest ethics must prevail when it comes to matters of public service.  Why is that?

Answer:  Because if self-interest and criminality prevail, then dystopian governance will result.  And that is exactly what has transpired here.  The President has ordered the DoD to compel a series of false statements from my sons, MG, and others, with the express intent of justifying our grievous harm.  At the same time, he has blocked the Supreme Court's attempt to provide us with FOIA reports and investigative reports through Injunctive Orders extended on my behalf.

6. How has he blocked the Court?

Answer:  He has allowed a steady stream of knowingly false accusations to be presented to the Court -- accusations the creation of which he himself directed -- thus preventing the reports from reaching me before now, and placing my entire family at risk.

7.  Isn't President Biden implicated in a text conversation with Tom Lyons and Bxxxxxx Pxxx in planning the demise of your whole family for his personal profit?

Answer:  This is what the FBI has alleged, although, not having the reports, I have not seen the text conversation directly.

8.  So, the fact that he has been allowed to persist in preying upon your family through knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting is devastating, is it not?

Answer:  You know, I have come to the realization that his public rhetoric concerning support for democracy is meaningless.  President Biden has tyrannical objectives and he is perfectly comfortable employing tyrannical means to aggregate and consolidate his power.  My family has direct experience with his willingness to break the law for his personal benefit, and I just need to say that I view it as a tragic betrayal of the whole nation.

9.  You feel that President Biden had an opportunity to expose knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting at a much earlier point on behalf of the American public as a whole.

Answer:  He did have that opportunity, and he did not take it.  Instead, he allegedly conferred with his advisers who told him that addressing the subject publicly would represent "a big risk."  So, he chose the way of the coward and failed to uphold his Constitutional vows on this critical point.  Later, the fact that he allegedly found a way of profiteering from my family's torture -- and is still allegedly doing so -- just made matters infinitely worse.

10.  What is your response to the FBI's threat to down a plane on which your family members are traveling?

Answer:  You know, the FBI has claimed to me that it can assume control of autopilot functions of commercial aircraft.  I've looked at the details, and unfortunately, this appears to be a genuine capability of the agency and its affiliates.  So the threats are real, and they must be understood to be real.  Having said that, the FBI has threatened my loved ones and myself in one thousand other ways as well.

11.  Returning to the Vice President for a moment, do you feel that Vice President Harris is capable of assuming the authority required in advocating for your family?

Answer:  I myself would be capable of it.  So, I'm going to say that the ability to assume that prevailing leadership at critical inflection points is entirely dependent on fundamental character.  The rare person who has the courage of her convictions can wield the most power in the room -- and she must.  In the absence of that, true leadership is ceded to other interests -- baser and more primitive ones.  And the whole nation loses when that is our circumstance.

12.  So you would tell Vice President Kamala Harris to stand stronger?

Answer:  Much stronger.  Yes.

13.  Why have you been so dissatisfied with the manner in which this administration has been proceeding otherwise?

Answer:  Because the attempts to harm my family and myself have been unceasing, most notably through the DoD's coercing knowingly false witness statements which have then been ferried before the Supreme Court.  But there have been physical harms of my family members and myself as well.  And this is just appalling.

14.  What would have happened if you had not seen the 22 refunds of small tip amounts sent to your email by ActBlue?  Arrest?  Violent arrest?  What would have occurred?

Answer:  The FBI has long suggested that corrupt Sheriff's Deputy Rick Chaput would be tasked with, during an arrest proceeding, firing a bullet intended to cause me grievous disability or death.

15.  Rick Chaput is the Sheriff's Deputy in San Mateo County who originally filed what you believe to be a knowingly falsified law enforcement report concerning you?

Answer:  Yes, he is.

16.  So, if you had happened to miss ActBlue's email, you might possibly have lost your life?

Answer:  Absolutely.  That could have been the result.

17.  What needs to happen at this point?

Answer:  As I have repeatedly said, the Vice President needs to take charge in this situation.  I know it can be difficult to stand opposed to one's boss.  But when you accept the role of Vice President, your vow to the American people takes precedence.  That's the job for a public servant at that level.  The public expects lawful and ethical governance, and the public is owed lawful and ethical governance.

18.  There are two weeks until the general election.  What would you do in the Vice President's position?

Answer:  Communicate, communicate, communicate.  Take authority behind the scenes with regard to insisting on the withdrawal of the DoD's false reports, the withdrawal of the FBI's knowingly false accusations before the Supreme Court, and the cessation of all further harms toward my loved ones and myself.  Then I would insist on the immediate provision of the reports, in accordance with the Supreme Court's injunctive orders in my favor.  And I would immediately follow it up with appropriate and peaceable outreach.

19.  Hasn't she promised to protect President Biden?

Answer:  She has promised in her oath of office to protect the American people.  That's the promise that everyone needs to be focused on.  That's the promise that cannot be violated, forsaken, or forgotten.

20.  Will you please provide us with updates regarding this case, alongside the wellbeing of your family?

Answer:  Of course I will.
