My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Outreach to the Southern Poverty Law Center, October 26, 2024

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I have, just this morning, reached out to the Southern Poverty Law Center through its online portal in order to request contact in support of what I believe to be the Supreme Court's Injunctive Order pertaining to FRCP 23, requiring that I be notified of a class action that has been filed on my behalf and that of others before the Supreme Court.

It is my assessment that others may be blocking the fulfillment of the Supreme Court's Injunctive Ordr in my favor pertaining to FRCP 23, given that I have received no outreach.

In order to uphold investigative standards, which I am assuming because I do not know them in detail, I feel it may be improper for me to reach out to your Office directly.

As a result, I have turned to the SPLC in the hope that their outrach will soon follow.  The content of that communication is included below and in attached screenshots.

Thank you for allowing me to express this initiative on my part.

In gratitude for your ongoing support,

Lane MacWilliams

***************************************************************************
My submission through SPLC's online portal included the following:

I believe that one or more attorneys within the U.S. DOJ have supported this case and continue to do so.

*******

I am informed that I am the lead plaintiff in a class action proceeding before the Supreme Court, a heretofore conceal adjucation that has recently resulted in the High Court's upholding of Federal Rule of Civil Porcedure 23, requiring through Injunctive Order that I be formally notified of the proceedings.  That notification is currently being unlawfully blocked by the FBI.  I have been informed that certain SPLC attorneys have participated in my representation during this case.

*******

I would like for any and all SPLC attorneys who are involved, or have been formerly involved, in this Supreme Court case to contact me directly with notification of the existence of the class action, in accordance with FRCP 23, the Injunctive Order of the Supreme Court, and ethics rules of all State Bar Associations in the United States.  I do not wish to make contact with the OIG Hotline directly, as I believe that action may violate investigative standards.  Therefore, it seems to me that the appropriate contact should come from SPLC attorneys on an immediate basis.  I must state that, if indeed SPLC has represented my interests in this case, I am profoundly grateful for the advocacy.  I hope to have the opportunity to express that gratitude to any SPLC attorneys who have supported this remarkable and successful legal challenge to the FBI pertaining to the upholding of the civil liberties and Constitutional rights of the American public.  Thank you very much for your outreach.

(OIG Hotline, please note that screenshots of this submission in its entirety have been sent to your attention within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com at 10:14 AM today, October 26, 2024.)
