My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Calling on Vice President Kamala Harris

OIG Hotline, I am informed that FBI affiliates, at the directive of Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa, have presented both of my sons with a "kill or be killed" dilemma under the auspices of the unconstitutional Phoenix Program.

Now, I am going to calmly and collectedly state at this moment in time that I did not raise my sons to be murderers in the service of any wayward government program. I did not raise my sons to be murderers under any circumstances at any time in any place for any reason.

I raised my sons to be peaceable, kind, protective, virtuous men in this world, whose role is to add to the creative, positive, and beneficial contributions of mankind -- not to subtract from them.

I have sent my sons a number of emails which have been forwarded to the attention of your Office at 12:31 PM, 12:32 PM, and 1:01 PM today, July 15, 2024 within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com. Please access these communications at your earliest opportunity.

In the meantime, I respectfully request the intervention of Vice President Kamala Harris in decisively and permanently separating both of my sons from the Phoenix Program and any and all ongoing communication with the FBI and its affiliates, contractors and/or informants.

I stand as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance in the form of the agency's wide-scale perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.

That does not mean that the FBI has license to turn my sons into murderers, nor does it have dispensation to murder them for their conscientious refusal.

Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa must be severely rebuked for their conduct in this matter. Beyond this, they should be indicted for myriad criminal acts perpetrated against my family.

We need the FOIA reports and related investigative reports from the OIG Hotline and the ODNI on an immediate basis, please.

Delays are threatening the lives of all of my loved ones and my own life as well.

I possess documentation for your Office pertaining to the last several days, but I have been withholding it until my receipt of the reports. Why? Because those who have falsely accused us of felonies appear to be profiteering from our suffering, and this alleged cycle may be facilitated by my provision of daily materials.

The paradigm needs to shift with my possession of the reports on an immediate basis.

I respectfully request the intervention of Vice President Kamala Harris in ensuring that the reports now be urgently expedited.
