Love, whenever you emerge from your meeting, would you feel inclined to verify for me via email that you fully attest to my clarity of mind, my psychological stability, the fact that I have never seen a psychiatrist, that I am taking no neuroleptics and have never taken neuroleptics, that I have never taken any psychiatric medication of any kind, and that my efforts to illuminate the issue of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting have been rational, thoughtful, ethical, and indeed heroic? Perhaps, too, you would be willing to attest to the fact that I maintain the highest honor and integrity in all my conduct, and that you have known me to respect and uphold the law, alongside the civil liberties and human rights of others, at all times past and present?
I think it would also help greatly for you to confirm that you know me to be monogamous, and that I have been so for the whole of our marriage -- that you know me to be heterosexual -- that you know me to be a deeply loving, loyal, genuine, stable and compassionate person -- that you have known me to be a loving and selfless parent -- that you have never known me to have addiction issues of any kind -- that you know me to be in all ways admirably honest, intelligent, dedicated, perceptive, and caring.

Twenty-three Questions and Answers, October 30, 2024
1. The FBI appears to allege that it lost the case before the Supreme Court, and further, that you will soon be notified by the Southern Poverty Law Center by attorneys who have represented you before the High Court. Is that so?
Answer: It is, but I would hasten to add that, at the same time, the FBI is extending threats of greatly stepped-up falsified law enforcement reporting concerning my whole family. So there are extensive threats of arrest, law-enforcement raids by corrupt officers, and ongoing coercion of my two sons -- and others -- to provide knowingly false witness statements about us as their parents.
2. What are your sons being asked to falsely report?
Answer: Animal cruelty, child neglect and abuse, espionage, repressed witnessing of capital crimes, even. Probably terroristic activity, knowing how the FBI approaches these things.
3. How do you mean?
Answer: There are only a few crimes which can justify a night-time police raid with guns drawn, and those are espionage, terrorism and capital crimes. So, when the FBI wants to break down your door and start firing, these are the false statements they will coerce from witnesses who are having their lives threatened the whole time.
4. And in your case, the FBI has actually suggested that corrupt San Mateo Sheriff's Deputy Rick Chaput might be tapped to wrongfully fire a weapon intended to lead to your injury. Is that true?
Answer: The FBI appears to waffle between Rick Chaput and two female law enforcement personnel whose names I don't know.
5. Why would they be pushing Rick Chaput to commit such a crime?
Answer: They seem to feel that he is already implicated in broadly falsifying a stalking report which the SMC Sheriff's Department has failed to provide through either FOIA or the California Public Records Act.
6. So he would have a motivation to harm you as a witness?
Answer: This is what the FBI alleges, yes.
7. And what about the two female deputies? Why would they be forced to commit such a crime?
Answer: I think the FBI feels that this would represent a less murderous circumstance in the public view. If female officers were to shoot a female resident in her home, perhaps it would feels less egregious than for male officers to shoot a female resident in her home.
8. Have these details been discussed in advance with the DA? Because this is extremely specific information.
Answer: The FBI alleges that they have indeed discussed these scenarios with the District Attorney. So that's alarming as well.
9. The intent is not really to send you off to prison for a crime you haven't committed? It is to cause you grievous bodily harm during an attempted arrest?
Answer: This is what the FBI suggests, yes. I don't think the FBI believes it could prevail against me in a court setting. The agency might try to engage in false claims against my family members, though.
10. On the basis of what claims?
Answer: Their usual three: espionage, terrorism and capital crimes. And they have suggested the aggregation of false reporting in other areas as well, such as drug trafficking, gun smuggling, human trafficking, insider trading, weapons charges, wild animal trafficking. This is a veritable grab bag of corrupt law enforcement reporting for them. They appear inclined to try every false accusation possible.
11. What are further lies that the FBI and its affiliates are forcing your sons to attest to in recently falsified witness statements?
Answer: According to the FBI, they include false assertions that I am a narcissistic and/or addicted parent, that I have anger problems, that I am mentally ill and have seen psychiatrists, that my husband caught me in an infidelity, that I am not monogamous or heterosexual, in contradiction of my longstanding marriage, on and on.
12. The FBI has suggested that some form of communication to you has been placed in the U.S Postal Service system or soon will be. Is that correct?
Answer: Yes, this seems to be the assertion.
13. Is this related to the FBI's assertion that it has "three days to kill" you? Does that correspond to the time that such a piece of mail would be en route?
Answer: This could easily be the rationale for that time frame, yes.
14. And this appears to coincide with dramatically increased threats of arrest toward your whole family?
Answer: Yes, it does.
15. Your sons and MX are also being aggressively threatened at this time?
Answer: Oh, yes. My impression is that their circumstances are more pressured than they have ever been before.
16. Why do you say that?
Answer: My older son's texting sounds utterly unlike him. He is utilizing different vocabulary, different syntax, different thinking patterns -- all of which indicates to me that he is being told what to type, word for word, by someone else.
17. You know your sons well enough to recognize these changes?
Answer: Oh, yes. I raised them myself. I know how they express themselves, how they think, how they elaborate on an idea, their normal articulations within written language, everything.
18. So, when there's a wholesale change, you notice it right away?
Answer: Immediately.
19. What are the threats being extended to your older son at this time?
Answer: Toward both of my sons, the threats are alleged to include staged or directed suicide, hit-and-run, kidnapping, or directed assault on others, as per the precise instructions extended to them.
20. You have said that there are several means by which your older son's sovereignty has been imperiled at this time, along with that of your younger son. Is that the case?
Answer: It is, although I am prohibited from discussing all the means that have been deployed with this intent. What I can disclose is that they have both suffered torture over a prolonged period of time, and this has caused a functional erosion of their boundaries and their ability to say no to wrongful directives.
21. So you do not have confidence in their ability to resist wrongful directives at this time, even though you have every confidence that, if your sons had their sovereignty, they could indeed decline.
Answer. That is exactly so. I do not have confidence in their current ability to deny wrongful directives, and, at the same time, I have every confidence in the underlying fortitude and integrity of my sons themselves.
22. Can this question-and-answer help to maintain your safety between now and the arrival of communication about your case?
Answer: I believe it can, yes. I wholeheartedly do.
23. Will you please keep in close contact with regard to the safety of your family in these challenging circumstances?
Answer: Absolutely.

While I would hope that this matter is not urgent, it likely represents an area in which the FBI and its affiliates may possibly be making false claims, either now or in the future.

When a Whistleblower's Vote Could Mean the Death of Her Family
1. You have been told that your vote in the November election could result in the death of your entire family. Are you able to explain where this assertion could be originating?
Answer: People on both sides of the political spectrum appear to be keenly interest in my political thoughts. This is fair to say.
All notification to me of a class action in which I appear to be the lead plaintiff seems to have been blocked, as does provision of FOIA reports and investigative reports. This is also safe to say.
Meanwhile, falsified law enforcement reporting in the form of false witness statements coerced under threat by the DoD appear to be accelerating. Active harms are also being perpetrated against certain family members. I believe this is also verifiable, at least for investigators, and I believe harm to my older son perpetrated this past Friday, October 25, 2024 may have been verified this morning.
Further, the election is extremely closely contested, with a range of very plausible outcomes that could have dramatically differing outcomes pertaining to my case.
We currently are a nation divided against ourselves, and this divide exists not so much on strict political grounds as on ethical ones. Some people no longer support the rule of law, the authority of the Supreme Court, or by extension, any court at all, the Constitution, their oaths of office, or other guardrails pertaining to a functioning civilization.
At the same time, some who have assisted my family most in our survival have emerged within the DOJ, the Congress, the Supreme Court, and even segments of the FBI itself. And these people have stood at all points along the political spectrum. All of which is to say that virtue and honesty are dependent on an individual's integrity, not connected to any superficial identification.
This has always been the case, and it always will be the case. And this moral decision-making is the reason why the sovereignty of the individual is so critical to our future.
2. What are the circumstances under which you might lose your life because of your vote, though? And how could that vote affect your family members' lives?
Answer: Without going into too many scenarios, I will simply say that my family and I are not currently safe.
3. If you received reports in advance of the election, would you feel safe in voting?
Answer: Much, much safer, yes. Right now, the reports are being successfully suppressed. The law is being violated one hundred different ways in the perpetration of that suppression, and the governance surrounding this matter appears to be entirely absent. So, this is a terrible sign with regard to the government's commitment to uphold the civil liberties and human rights of the honorable public.
4. Do you feel that those who are currently authorizing knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting about your family members and about you yourself could easily take your lives following your vote in one direction or another?
Answer: Oh, yes. I do. And I do not believe that my family members can survive if I don't. So this is an extremely serious matter for all of us.
5. Do you feel that it's safe for your sons to vote under these circumstances, given that the reports have been withheld from you entirely?
Answer: I do not, actually. I'm quite worried about them. Any vote that they extend could greatly exacerbate their peril.
6. What about your husband?
Answer: My husband is not aware of our current circumstance as a family, so he is not going to be altering his patterns.
7. Yet, you would feel that you could safely vote if you received the reports in advance of November 5, 2024.
Answer: If I received the reports in advance of the election, someone in authority would have extended to me the communication that he or she was committed to my family's survival and my own. So, that's an entirely different circumstance from that which we are currently facing.
8. So the provision of reports in advance of the election is more than a matter of good faith to you. It's a matter of survival.
Answer: Yes, it is.
9. If you do not receive them, you will assume that the current administration is determined in every way to oppose your family's survival.
Answer: Yes, I will. I think that messaging is extremely clear.
10. What if the current administration feels that it cannot extend the reports due to aspects of the documents which implicate them?
Answer: Suppressing difficult material is not the prerogative of power. If this administration cannot provide me with the reports and the conversations that should accompany them, then they cannot support our survival either. That's an unethical choice, not a political one. And I take it as such.
11. You do not believe that murder for profit should ever be justified, even and especially by the highest of our elected officials.
Answer: I do not.
12. What can this administration do to explain its delays in providing you with the reports, its obstruction of the Supreme Court's rulings, its harms of your sons and MX, your husband and you yourself, and its authorization of ongoing falsified law enforcement reporting intended to further victimize all of you?
Answer: First, this administration needs to allow the provision of the reports. Second, if this administration needs to express apologies to us, it should endeavor to do so in a lawful, honorable and peaceable manner. Third, as I have said, I am interested in hearing from leaders who are genuinely interested in the preservation of our lives -- and at a much higher level of safety and security than the daily peril we are currently enduring. These steps are in all ways supportive of the rule of law, honorably applied, and every elected official should be endeavoring to maintain the rule of law, honorably applied.
13. You also feel that the issue of falsified law enforcement reporting is a non-partisan issue, in that those who object to the falsehoods, the threats, the defamation and the harm are people who have decided to support the long term freedom of mankind over and above dystopian predation by the government.
Answer: Well, I think we need to ask whether we hope that our children and grandchildren will be silenced, tortured, punished and harmed for original observations and free speech -- or whether we hope they will be educated, articulate, observant and participatory citizens possessing sovereign will within a thriving society. Totalitarianism does not look like freedom, and freedom does not look like imprisonment. And yes, these are non-partisan concerns.
14. You have been informed that your sons' journals, and MX's as well, are being dictated to them by their handlers, to falsify their experiences as forcible recruits of the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program.
Answer: Yes, I have.
15. What does it say about our government when a President is directing the falsification of what should be private journals of young people who have already been wrongfully victimized by the three-letter agencies?
Answer: It represents a total erasure of the individual, a complete eradication of actual history, personal lived experience, the legitimacy of human suffering, and the ethical mandate for a compassionate response. It's a devastating totalitarian act.
16. What do you feel on learning that your sons are now being offered billions, not millions, in order to sign falsified witness statements about their childhoods, which were quite loving, nurturing and idyllic, in truth?
Answer: Money will never equal honor. I have attempted to explain to my sons that any government that would murder their parents would never allow them to survive, given that they, too, are witnesses to terrible crimes perpetrated by the three-letter agencies. I can only hope they have been able to comprehend this truth.
17. Do you feel that it is shameful for the FBI to offer your sons billions of dollars to extend the lies that you are spies, or terrorists, or serial killers?
Answer: Any worthy person is going to see that attempt as shameful.
18. You would like to be able to vote on November 5th. Is that right?
Answer: I would like to be free from threat on November 5th, and being free from threat, to exercise my right as a highly honorable United States citizen, defending the rights of others, to cast my vote in a free and fair election. Yes, I would.
19. But you cannot be free from threat without the provision of the reports. Isn't that so?
Answer: That is exactly so.
20. Will you please update us on this subject as election day draws nearer?
Answer: Yes, I will. Most certainly.

To Cast Off One's Chains
1. You requested that the Southern Poverty Law Center, on the chance they are involved with your case, reach out to you in accordance with the Supreme Court's possible upholding of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23. Is that correct?
Answer: It is correct, I do hope that this will happen on an immediate basis.
2. Today, October 28, 2024?
Answer: Today, October 28, 2024.
3. What are the biggest challenges that you face in the interim?
Answer: The biggest challenges result from the fact that falsified law enforcement reporting against myself and my family members is ongoing. It is still being authorized by President Biden and still being facilitated by those within the FBI who have the greatest motivation to conceal their malfeasance against the law-abiding American public.
Beside this, but in no way subordinate to it, is the problem that the DoD is repeatedly visiting my sons, other relatives, friends and colleagues to coerce knowingly false witness statements that place our lives at risk.
4. So President Biden is directing the DoD to demand false witness statements that could result in an unjustified law enforcement raid at your home?
Answer: So the FBI alleges, yes.
5. Why would President Biden be committing this abuse of power as Commander in Chief?
Answer: Could it be because the reports reveal various things that he feels are implicating?
6. Is this the reason that he has blocked outreach to you for all these months and years?
Answer: You know, I think the intention may originally have been to engage in outreach. But that should have happened when the original OIG Hotline investigation was complete, which allegedly occurred in the autumn of 2023.
7. Why didn't that occur?
Answer: There may have been conflicts of interest that started to emerge at that time. And, unfortunately, once that problem developed, the FBI alleges that President Biden made the determination to take our lives due to financial motivations.
8. So the President who ought to have been supporting your efforts in every way possible began to prey upon your family instead?
Answer: This appears to be the FBI's allegation. And it has certainly seemed that way, given the extraordinary harms that have been perpetrated against us.
9. Someone within the intelligence community recently expressed to Congress that your case was not unusual in terms of the extreme travails your family has endured.
Answer: Anytime the government is attempting to take the lives of a law-abiding American family and to do so for the aggregation of profit and power, these events should be seen as unusual. I also believe the level of (redacted content) highly unusual. And I anticipate that some of the actions reflecting conflict of interest pertaining to those (redacted content) were also markedly unusual. So I'm not convinced by the effort to normalize our experience as "average" for those who are wrongfully designated as FBI "targets of interest."
Having said that, it's tragic that predatory acts toward honorable "targets of interest" could ever be discussed as "average." These are honorable Americans -- and others around the world -- who are fighting for their lives. There's nothing "average" about that struggle to survive, I assure you.
10. What is the status of your sons at this point in time? Has their health been restored to them?
Answer: I do not believe so. And the withholding of appropriate medical care is a critical component of the DoD's ability to demand knowingly falsified witness statements from them on an ongoing basis.
11. What are the themes of that false reporting?
Answer: The FBI has alleged human trafficking, drug trafficking, industrial espionage, other kinds of espionage, terroristic activity, serial killing, on and on.
12. And all of these accusations are categorically false?
Answer: That is correct. Knowingly, willfully, and categorically false.
13. You have spoken about the fact that your sons have had their free will co-opted by various means. Isn't that true?
Answer: It is true, even though I have sometimes been limited in addressing the full range of deployments that are intended to co-opt the free will of certain "targets of interest."
14. For what reason, if I may ask?
Answer: For the simple reason that a number of these means are not public information. And while, on the one hand, I do not feel that it is incumbent upon my family to be silent about the specifics of the FBI's predation toward us, on the other hand, some of these technologies are far ahead of public documentation, and for reasons that are understandable. So I am asking the President to withdraw those harms while I am at the same time withholding information about their particulars.
For the time being, the important point is that my sons do not currently possess unobstructed free will. Their human rights have been violated in this regard. I believe it is up to us to now restore their sovereignty, and if that requires deprogramming regarding the torture they have experienced at the hands of the FBI as well as their experiences connected to the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program, then they should be provided with deprogramming. This shouldn't seek to obscure their memories of their experiences, but rather to help them contextualize that experience while they recover their sovereign identities.
15. Given that their recruitment should never have happened due to your whistleblower status, are their lives also now at risk?
Answer: All of the lives of my five immediate family members are at risk -- and this is a conservative estimate.
16. Have your sons' (redacted content) directed your sons to harm one another at times or to harm your husband or you yourself?
Answer: According to the FBI's allegations, yes, yes, and yes. All of these wrongful directives have been extended, and by the FBI's own admission regarding these events.
17. So these are human atrocities by virtue of the extreme immorality, lack of any conscience in leadership, and intentional predatory harm toward your loving family.
Answer: Yes, they are. We might imagine hearing about these sorts of acts within totalitarian gulags in various despotic areas of the world. But we don't imagine that they're possible within the United States.
18. Why have we considered ourselves immune?
Answer: How many of us, upon first learning the details of the Holocaust, thought to ourselves, "What is wrong with Germany, that the entire nation could have perpetrated these monstrous acts?" We have a tendency to immediately distance ourselves from human atrocities. They are so abhorrent to civilized people that the first desire is to disavow the proximity of the perpetrators. We want to complete the sentence "It could never happen here, because ...." And we want to be reassured by that disavowal. But the "target of interest" program has demonstrated that (redacted content) can occur anywhere. And particularly when there are concealed (redacted content) which, in violation of the Constitution, do not allow people to know what they're being accused of -- nor to speak in their own defense -- atrocities become infinitely more likely.
19. Rather than face its own wrongdoing in this matter, the FBI is threatening to cause you grievous harm in the near future. May I ask the nature of these threats?
Answer: According to the FBI, they appear to include arson, sniping, fentanyl or other overdose toward my sons, fall from a height, hit-and-run, poisoning, acute illness, heart attack, Dxx assault, conveyance of a deadly illness such as XXS through a non-traditional vector, street crime, shooting during law-enforcement raid, staged car accident involving a collision at a stop light/stop sign or a T-bone collision, staged plane accident, staged "natural disaster" including "landslide," "sinkhole," "earthquake," "lightning strike," kidnapping/murder, kidnapping for ransom, staged street crime, staged suicide, gas explosion, carbon monoxide poisoning, chemical environmental harms, on and on.
20. And President Biden has presumably authorized any of those harms?
Answer: Unfortunately, the FBI appears to allege that these wrongful authorizations are still being provided by him.
21. So, is the President really functioning more like a mob boss than a Commander in Chief?
Answer: The tools being wieldin are totalitarian tools of coercion, certainly.
22. Yet, if the Southern Poverty Law Center engages in immediate outreach to you, it is possible that your family could survive this wrongful targeting, isn't it?
Answer: I believe it is. But their outreach truly is a matter of life and death for us, and I hope the responsibility to contact me is taken just that seriously and urgently.
23. Do you often think about freedom?
Answer: Daily. And I have to believe that it is recoverable. As Nelson Mandela wrote, "to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others."
We stand at an inflection point involving immense changes worldwide, but even so, I hope that there are contributions to be made toward the longterm freedom of mankind, and I hope that I might make them. We need not only to be focused on short term necessities with regard to the goals of humanity, but also longterm ideals. And in that context, our Constitution is still a living document, still priceless, still transformational, still evolving.
24. You believe that our greatest capacities as human beings are dependent on certain fundamental freedoms. Is that correct?
Answer: I know they are.
25. Perhaps you will articulate those freedoms sometime soon.

OIG Hotline, my older son was apparently prompted by his handler on October 27, 2024 to ask me to “fill out his ballot together” with him. I found this request to be alarming, for obvious reasons, and attempted to reaffirm basic democratic principles for my family members pertaining to the independent voting process.

OIG Hotline, my older son has stated via text that he is currently at 835 Middlefield in Palo Alto playing a Settlers of Catan board game with his friends. However, he has stopped answering his texts altogether, and the FBI alleges that he is currently with DoD personnel, being intimidated into signing yet further false witness statements about our family at the directive of President Biden. I intend to ascertain the truth of this matter shortly. Someone is telling a tall tale about this matter, and I will be attempting to find out who and why.

OIG Hotline, at 1:43 PM today, Gxxxxxx is still at his current resident of 753 Alma. His backpack, which is listed on the tracker below as "Kxxxxxx's backpack" is still within his apartment, and he never goes anywhere without this.
So Graham has lied about his activities this afternoon, raising the index of suspicion that he may, in fact, as the FBI has alleged, currently be in the process of being intimidated by DoD personnel demanding yet more lies from him in return for pay and healing, all at the directive of the President.
If so, this would represent astonishing corruption.
Did the President order his harm through a xxxxx on Friday, only to demand his signature on a statement of lies the next day?
Please note an unusual film title recommended for me by Xfinity yesterday evening, available with in my email sent to you on this subject at 2:14 PM today, October 26, 2024.
I remain deeply concerned about this information so far. It is not like Graham to lie to us, and if he is doing so, he has been thoroughly frightened.
Further, if the DoD is demanding lies from Gxxxxx once more, it is highly likely that it is also doing so from our younger son, MX, and other relatives and friends, including Txx Mxxxxxxx and my Uncle Mxxx. From what I have seen the DoD deploys in a broad manner, two at a time, claiming to everyone that they are demanding lies as a "national security matter," when in fact they are demanding lies so that a corrupt President can attempt to evade public accountability.
There is a difference, and that difference translates to whether my family will live or die. We require falsified reporting to stop being authorized by President Biden if our safety is to be restored. As private citizens, we are not well-equipped to counter what the FBI has termed an "army of liars" acting at the President's command.

OIG Hotline, my husband located my son at 835 Middlefield at approximately 3:50 PM this afternoon. His backpack and cell phone, uncharacteristically, were not with him at the time..
Reviewing the inconsistencies in Gxxxxx's account, he told my husband that he would be playing a board game with friends from 2 PM to 4 PM today. He told me today that he would be playing a board game with friends from 1 PM to 4 PM.
Gxxxxx has assured me that he would always keep his backpack and cell phone with him for security reasons, given the number of kidnapping threats I have received, ostensibly from the FBI, pertaining to him. It seems to me unusual that his backpack and phone would be separated from him for more than three hours, given that he was not with a family member at the time.
My husband located Gxxxxx's backpack at 753 Alma, several blocks away from the location of the Settlers of Catan game at both 1:43 PM and 2:24 PM through a tracking app on my husband's cell phone.
What are the logical possibilities here?
It seems to me likely that the Settlers of Catan game commenced at 2 PM, as Gxxxxx told my husband. There was no reason to lie about this, and, given that this is a standing Saturday afternoon activity, I find it highly improbable that the start time was changed at the last minute.
If this is true, Gxxxxx needed an extra hour in which he was not accountable to his parents, for some reason. And why would that be?
I think it is possible that DoD personnel met Gxxxxx at his apartment today at close to 1:00 PM to coerce falsified witness statements from him as directed by President Biden. The restoration of Gxxxxx's health would have been offered to him, as would have remuneration. In return, I believe Gxxxxx could have been directed to sign his name to egregious falsehoods about his father and myself, and this would have been described to him as a "national security matter," although it was nothing of the kind.
If this scenario is, indeed, what transpired today, then DoD personnel would have directed Gxxxxx not to take his backpack or cell phone when he left his apartment, in order to give the impression that he was in one location the entire time.
I believe Gxxxxx's lies about the start time of this event, together with his uncharacteristic separation from his backpack and cell phone represent sufficient irregularity for the OIG Hotline to speak to Gxxxxx to ascertain what happened today, to whom he spoke, and for how long.
Recently, the FBI has appeared to reprise Pxxxxxx Program false claims relating to capital crimes allegedly perpetrated by the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program itself. Films "recommended" to me on Xfinity/Comcast last night included summaries involving"serial killer moms" and concealed evidence of victims. Please see the following, which appeared among them, markedly contrasting with any of my husband's viewing habits or my own:

Why would the FBI pursue such extreme crimes when they are not at all credible with regard to me? Because capital crimes probably represent one of the only justifications for law enforcement to break down a door with a no-knock warrant and begin shooting those who have been wrongfully targeted through knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.
The FBI is aware that it could not prevail in a court of law against me through wielding false evidence. So, the agency would like to ensure that I don't survive to advocate on my own behalf. And that requires extreme claims, coerced from witnesses such as family members who are in fear for their health and their lives.
In order to combat this possible coercion of false statements from my sons who are almost certainly under extreme duress, I simply texted my older son a question, which I include below:

So any falsehoods pertaining to "serial killing" about myself or any of my family members are not only unfathomable deceits, but speak to the depravity and corruption inherent in the FBI's broad-scale programs of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting and the extreme dystopia that results from our nation's failure as of yet to honestly address this unconstitutional assault on the virtuous citizenry.
Clearly, the President should not be wielding false reporting for any reason against a highly honorable whistleblower.
We need fortitude and integrity within our Commander in Chief, not to wrongfully implicate those who have shown the most courage in defending the democracy, but to shelter and protect them from all further false claims, and to prevent all harms that correspond to such systemic defamation.
OIG Hotline, all of my family members, friends, and colleagues will attest to my virtue, if asked in a setting in which they are not in fear for their lives.
I hope this safety can be created for them, and I hope the truth will be insisted upon urgently and definitively so that further defamation from all who are aware of the importance of this case will now be rapidly disqualified.

Outreach to the Southern Poverty Law Center, October 26, 2024
OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I have, just this morning, reached out to the Southern Poverty Law Center through its online portal in order to request contact in support of what I believe to be the Supreme Court's Injunctive Order pertaining to FRCP 23, requiring that I be notified of a class action that has been filed on my behalf and that of others before the Supreme Court.
It is my assessment that others may be blocking the fulfillment of the Supreme Court's Injunctive Ordr in my favor pertaining to FRCP 23, given that I have received no outreach.
In order to uphold investigative standards, which I am assuming because I do not know them in detail, I feel it may be improper for me to reach out to your Office directly.
As a result, I have turned to the SPLC in the hope that their outrach will soon follow. The content of that communication is included below and in attached screenshots.

Petition for Injunctive Relief #24 Re: Increasing Safety Concerns
OIG Hotline, it appears as though the FBI is alleging that, through President Biden's new authorizations, the agency has been directed by the President to engage in yet further falsified law enforcement reporting concerning my family.
Perhaps the President is growing increasingly alarmed about polling concerns, recognizing that if the Democrats lose control of both the House and the Senate, he may well be held to account for his crimes against the American public.
Once again, specifically, the FBI appears to allege that President Biden is guilty of defrauding the U.S. government through both extending awards in my name through the OIG Hotline and ODNI, and then invading those funds repeatedly on the basis of knowingly false accusations he himself directed. The FBI appears to allege that this defrauding of the U.S. government equals trillions of dollars, in the largest theft of public monies in world history.
Beyond this, the FBI appears to allege that the President has participated in a conspiracy against civil rights, in the specific acts of falsified law enforcement reporting, defamation, and harm the President has allegedly directed against my family and myself, as well as other law-abiding "targets of interest." Recently, the President is alleged to have directed the presentation of knowingly falsified "evidence" before the Supreme Court in an effort to obstruct the provision of FOIA reports, investigative reports, and notification of class action in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, which the Supreme Court is alleged to have extended in the form of Orders of Injunctive Relief in my favor.
The FBI appears to also allege that the President has directed knowing forgeries of documents attributed to me, in order to facilitate the wrongful appropriation of funds awarded to the OIG Hotline and the ODNI in my name. (Please note that I have not been apprised of the contents of such documents, and I have never seen them.)
And further, the FBI appears to allege that the President has engaged in election fraud. I am not certain of the rules to which the FBI is referring, but I presume that the President may have violated campaign finance laws if he was awarding funds in my name, withholding reports from me, and wrongfully appropriating those funds through knowingly falsified evidence.
The FBI has alleged that there is a text thread which has been shared with the Supreme Court, in which President Biden, FBI Chief of Station Tom Lyons and organized crime figure Brandan Pesa allegedly discuss their intent to take the lives of my entire family in order to profit from appropriation of funds awarded in my name. The FBI appears to have suggested that this communication has been incorporated into materials that are now due to me as a matter of law according to the Freedom of Information Act and/or investigative standards.
I suspect there is an investigative requirement that states that citizens must be notified if evidence emerges that proves they are in peril from one or more aggressors planning first-degree murder, no matter their title. And the FBI appears to allege that President Biden has not been granted immunity in this instance, as he appears not to have been acting in a manner that is covered by any Presidential immunity rules, even though these are quite broad.
Yesterday, the FBI appeared to allege that my younger son was forced to take a life by the order of President Biden as part of the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program. Originally, the FBI alleged that it was the President's intent to arrest my younger son on this basis afterwards, claiming that he had acted outside of the law, without being forced by Executive Order.
I am in receipt of myriad threats concerning the rest of my family and myself as well due to knowingly falsified witness statements allegedly directed by the President through the DoD.
Today, I received a staged suicide threat which was quite detailed concerning my older son.
So, these allegations on the part of the FBI are extremely concerning.
I would like to be able to discount them, but there remains the matter of my missing FOIA reports and investigative reports, and the fact that there has been no outreach concerning my case whatsoever, which I believe does not comport with normal judicial standards.
This afternoon, the FBI appears to suggest that "it's time to leave it all on the field" in terms of publicly revealing FBI allegations concerning my case, as this may be the only way to protect the five members of my family in this circumstance.
Accordingly, I am documenting this information in the broad strokes that have been alleged by the FBI, given that I do not possess direct or detailed knowledge of these events.
Certainly, I am extremely concerned for the well-being of my family. There has been no good faith effort to communicate with me regarding my case, although I believe the high integrity necessarily possessed by the investigators involved in this matter would have led them to initiate contact. I presume they have been prevented from doing so by the President, in a manner that has greatly imperiled my family.
We are only alive at this point because of ethical investigators and incorruptible Supreme Court justices who have endeavored to preserve our lives under exceptionally difficult circumstances.
Clearly, President Biden should not be directing the DoD to coerce false statements from our colleagues, friends and family members in an effort to justify harm and violence against my family.
Given that the Supreme Court has allegedly already viewed a text thread in which the President is implicated of wrongdoing in planning our grievous harm, we need to ensure that President Biden is now restrained in the further wrongs he can commit.
Clearly, my sons should never have been forcibly recruited into government programs such as the Pxxxxxx Program, given my status as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance, nor should MX.
President Biden is responsible for these authorizations and the immense suffering for my family that has accompanied them.
Accordingly, I would respectfully request that the President be restrained from directing the FBI, its affiliate agencies, informants, or contractors from directing any further harm toward my family whatsoever. President Biden's ability, along with his FBI affiliates, to submit further false claims regarding my family before the Supreme Court should be stayed. He should be prohibited from directing my sons to cause harm to others, including those who are critical to this case. And he should be required to allow the provision of FOIA reports and investigative reports to me on an immediate basis, in accordance with Orders of Injunctive Relief in my favor extended by the Supreme Court.
I respectfully request that the OIG Hotline assist me in pursuing every legal remedy possible to preserve the lives and safety of my family members at this time. Please accept this statement as my urgent Petition for Injunctive Relief, Part #24 regarding the preservation of my five family members' safety under circumstances in which reports are alleged to be improperly withheld from me by the President's directive, while he allegedly continues to order knowingly false reporting regarding my family members and myself, and further, to allegedly attempt to advance this knowingly false reporting before the Supreme Court with an intention to justify our grievous harm.

Update to Awaiting the Reports: OIG Hotline, please be apprised that, since I posted "Awaiting the Reports" online, the FBI has appeared to allege the utilization of newly falsified witness statements from Txx Mxxxxxxx, a colleague of my husband's, to falsely justify new harms against my family. (Let it be understood that I know Mr. Mxxxxxxx. He's a good person. He would never contribute to our harm through lies unless he and his loved ones were being threatened with death.)
In other words, the FBI appears to want to steal something about which I have not yet been informed -- awards extended in my name, presumably.
If I explain to the FBI that reports that come to me must match reports provided to the Supreme Court, the agency simply steps up its falsified witness statements immediately, with Brandan Pesa, Tom Lyons and President Biden, the three people who are already allegedly implicated in perpetrating grievous harms against my family, allegedly orchestrating those lies in detail.
So, it would appear that organized crime interests are controlling whether injunctive orders of the Supreme Court in my case are upheld.
I don't approve of this obstruction of the Court's rulings in my favor, obviously. How could I? Brandan Pesa, Tom Lyons and President Biden are alleged to have repeatedly attempted to take the lives of my entire family through the creation of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, all the while withholding my Freedom of Information Act reports and the investigative reports of the OIG Hotline and the ODNI.
Segments of the FBI have appeared to claim that these three individuals have defrauded the United States government to the total of trillions of dollars, all while depriving my family members and me (and millions of others) of their civil rights, perpetrating forgeries in my name, and committing election fraud.
The FBI seems to be confident in these charges, so I'm sure the agency possesses the necessary proofs to advance these claims.
I, for my part, am still suffering extreme environmental harms at my home, and I am still without any fulfillment of FOIA reporting and investigative documentation, as I have said.
I think the alleged attacks against my sons over the last twenty-four hours represent the most appalling misconduct imaginable, and I believe that the three men identified above are almost certainly responsible.
So, these are extremely serious issues, for which there has been no acceptable redress to date.
I believe the manner in which the Supreme Court has been abused in this case through the submission of knowingly false evidence by those already implicated of the most serious crimes possible (Tom Lyons, Brandan Pesa and President Biden) represents an astonishing disrespect for the Court, and one which no democracy can allow.
The path forward requires that FOIA reports and investigative reports, along with notification of class action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, be extended to me in their entirety, and that there be a stay against further false reporting by the FBI and its affiliates until that provision has been made.
And my family members' lives depend on this provision, clearly.
So, I would hope the Honorable Justices prevail in insisting that the conveyance of reports be well and completely effected, and without delay.
