My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

2016 Valuation of American Florists' Exchange Shares

This is to document an exchange between Ms. Flora Tso of Fisher Investments and Mr. Jim Mellano of American Florists' Exchange regarding the value of AFE shares in 2016.

One might reasonably ask why Mr. Mellano confirmed a $7500 per share value of AFE stock in 2016 for Mr. Tso, but repeatedly misrepresented that value to me as $12,000 and $10,000 for the same time period.

Is it because his FBI handler instructed him to supply me with disinformation with the specific intent that I would underpay my federal and state taxes?

Is the FBI attempting to cause law-abiding American citizens misclassified as "targets of interest" to underpay their taxes in an effort to charge them with crimes they would never have knowingly or willingly committed?

Please reference my post entitled, FBI Techniques of Obstruction and Disinformation, Example #1, dated December 27, 2022.

I hereby certify that all content is a faithful transcription of communications between relevant parties.

Re: Thank you for your confirmation of receipt of my check.

Tim, I have received your voicemail to Ken confirming your receipt of my check to you.  Thank you for extending that confirmation.  You also state that you have no intention of placing a lien on our family property, and we certainly appreciate that confirmation as well.

In your voice message, you seem to allege that my check for your services in 2022 does not cover some other service.  May I please ask to what service you are referring?

May I please have an emailed invoice from you?

As fiduciary of 40 Gansett, it is my responsibility to ensure that payments are based on invoices.

I would appreciate your prompt follow up with me via email.

Thank you very much,

Lane MacWilliams

Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)

1.  Someone recently brought JSOC of the CIA's Special Activities Center to your attention.  Had you ever heard of JSOC before?

Answer:  No.  I'm not a military person.  I don't know how these groups work.

2.  But JSOC stands for Joint Special Operations Command, and it is designed to grant additional operational flexibility and responsiveness in the face of imminent threats to security.

Answer:  "Imminent threats to security" as in a law-abiding whistleblower of corruption within the FBI?  "Imminent threats to security" as in that law-abiding whistleblower's honorable husband?  What happens when a threat to the democracy is posed by some within the national security hierarchy itself?  In the face of an "insider threat" consisting of far right elements within the FBI, is JSOC called up to silence a virtuous whistleblower?

3.  Surely, that would represent an egregious abuse of power on the part of the FBI leadership.

Answer:  Surely, it would.

4.  It's possible that JSOC activities are more easily hidden from the Commander in Chief.  This may represent a group that was designed to operate outside of a traditional chain of command.

Answer:  That's not comforting.

I maintain great faith in President Joseph R. Biden as our Commander in Chief.

I didn't vote for FBI Director Christopher Wray.

5.  JSOC draws from the different branches of the military's Special Forces.  So, Delta Force, DEVGRU (Seal Team Six), 24 STS, ISA, RRC, Marine Raiders -- all of these groups can be involved.

Answer:  Lovely.  Do their mothers know their sons are being asked to assail law-abiding American citizens who are attempting to defend the democracy?

6.  Probably not.

Answer:  That's unfortunate.  Because I'm sure they're good women who would have something to say.

7.  It's possible that the Special Forces personnel are not pleased about the situation either.

Answer:  You mean that you think some of the Special Forces personnel may realize they have been lied to in receiving disinformation about their "targets."

8.  Some of them likely perceive that they have been duped.

Answer:  That's a heartening thought.

9.  How does one expose such a misuse of our military's remarkable power as represented by an inappropriate JSOC deployment?

Answer:  Well, who is in charge of JSOC?

10.  Vice Admiral Frank M. Bradley.

Answer:  Perhaps Vice Admiral Bradley could be respectfully asked to account for the whereabouts of his men, and specifically, whether any of them have visited Portola Valley, California recently.

11.  How could a law-abiding American civilian rise to a "hard target" on the JSOC list?

Answer:  All I can observe is that the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative and the FBI's affiliated "target of interest" list draw billions of dollars in congressional budget appropriations yearly.  There is a system of falsified reporting which has become highly profitable for some within the intelligence and military community.  Systems of predation of this kind are typically structured around dollar flows.  And yes, there are anti-democratic objectives for the top management implementing these programs.

But for an ordinary citizen to, by wont of her character and integrity, stand opposed to that system of profit and power -- this means incurring an immense personal risk.

12.  Which you have done.

Answer:  Which I have done.

13.  Why?

Answer:  I say this not to engage in self-praise in any way.  But I think of myself as a brave person.  I live by my ideals, by my principles.  And I can be separated from a lot of things in this life.  But I can't be separated from my courage.

If I don't stand for the truth, who will?

I mean, we all want to be saved from predation, and particularly when that predation is approaching in the form of military might against which one law-abiding civilian truly cannot defend herself.

But if we're waiting for someone braver, we won't find her.

If we're waiting for someone who cares more about the democracy, we won't locate her.

If we're waiting for someone who is more committed to speaking the difficult truth, we'll wait an eternity.

Because I'm that brave person.

I'm that heartfelt voice.

14.  You believe deeply in the goodness of Americans.

Answer:  I do.  Americans, by a vast majority, are generous and kind and engaged and fair-minded and driven and faithful and benevolent.  But they do need access to the truth about the engagement of the far right in falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-demcratic objectives.

15.  Can your one voice bring that truth to light?

Answer:  I can only try.  Sometimes, when one person speaks with enough courage and heart and hope and persistence and fortitude, others will attempt to amplify that voice in the service of the democracy.  Perhaps that will happen this time.  It's possible.

16.  But you won't give up.

Answer:  Giving up is not in my nature.

Documentation of Unscheduled Visit from PG&E

This is to document that today, December 29, 2022, PG&E employees Mr. Don Waters and "Dmitrius" (last name unknown) paid an unscheduled visit to our home in Portola Valley, CA, ostensibly to read our electric and gas meters.

My husband happened to see them walking down our driveway and engaged them in conversation.

Because we had previously arranged with PG&E to send photos of our meters for billing purposes, the arrival of these two men on our property was unexpected.

Mr. Waters requested permission to place a new meter on our home.

While ordinarily, this request would not be unusual, Mr. Waters is signatory to Infragard, as is PG&E.

It is my understanding that Mr. Waters was previously asked to allow third-party access to a meter to be installed at our residence, purportedly rendering it capable of emitting RF levels of extreme hazard to human health.

As a result, I am not particularly happy to see Mr. Waters return to my property.

I have asked that PG&E provide me with all FBI/Infragard communications with which it has engaged concerning my family.

This request has not been fulfilled.

At one point in my dialogue with PG&E, a customer service representative revealed to me that PG&E has an "EMF Department."  My concerns about the reasons for such a department, and whether they are in any way connected to the FBI's unconstitutional "target of interest" program, remain unanswered.

Under the circumstances, it is safe to say that my trust in the conduct of PG&E remains low.

This company must engage in transparency and accountability if it wishes to earn the trust of its law-abiding customers.

The possibility that Don Waters and "Dmitrius" were asked to enter our property today in order to misreport their observations of our property and our family through falsified witness statements provided to the FBI is not remote, unfortunately.

My impression is that the FBI knows that investigators possess proof of its crimes toward the American public.  Given this reality, the agency may be desperate to avoid broad exposure of those crimes.

It seems possible that the FBI, under Director Christopher Wray's leadership, is continuing to "double down" on its lies in an ongoing attempt to discredit me as a whistleblower of FBI corruption.

It is with that concern that I document my husband's interaction with PG&E employees Don Waters and Dmitrius today.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Documentation of an Unknown Caller from Poland

This is to document that, at 10:40 a.m. Pacific Time this morning, December 29, 2022, I received a call to my cell phone (415-963-1467) with a caller ID listed as "Poland."

I did not answer this phone call.

The associated number was +48 607 135 905.

There is apparently a three second voicemail associated with this call.  I have not listened to this message, and I do not intend to do so.

For the record, I don't know anyone who resides in Poland, and I am not expecting any communication from any individual in Poland.

Because the FBI appears to utilize spoofed caller IDs to augment its knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against law-abiding "targets of interest," I believe it is prudent to document this phone call herewith.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Further Texts with Jay Gans Concerning (508) 645-6067

Jay Gans:  Morning Lane... So you can call Tasha fuel (formerly Loud fuel)...they need your credit card information... They are open 24/7...for delivery.

the number, I just spoke to them is

508-645-6067.

Lane MacWilliams:  They told me the credit card I gave them was fine.

Tasha Fuel says they are all set and they have my card on file.  They do not recognize the 508-645-6067 number.  They say it's not theirs.

(No reply from Jay Gans concerning this information.  This evening, after becoming concerned that the number might represent a sub-contractor of Loud Fuel/Tasha Fuel, I called the 508-645-6067 number only to discover that the line was disconnected and monitored by Google and "affiliates" for reasons unknown.

This is the follow up message I just sent to Mr. Jay Gans as a result.

Lane MacWilliams:  Jay, where did you get the above number, please?  This number is not in service and the message is highly unusual.

Jay Gans: The number for Loud fuel 508-687-0345.  Thanks.

Lane MacWilliams:  My question is where did you get the number which you directed me to call: 508-645-6067.  Who supplied you with that number, please?

Jay Gans:  Google.... Loud fuel...

Lane MacWilliams:  It doesn't come up.  That number is non-operational, and the message is highly unusual, as I said.  I'd like to know who supplied it to you, please.  You certainly were not speaking to anyone on that line, as you originally alleged to me.

(No further substantive response from Jay Gans.)

A Letter to the Massachusetts Division of Insurance, Consumer Services Unit

Sent to: CSSComplaints@mass.gov. From:  lanemacwilliams@gmail.com. Date: December 28, 2022 at 3:08 AM Pacific Time

Re:  ATTN: Consumer Services Unit, MA DOI Re: MPIUA

To the Massachusetts Division of Insurance, ATTN: Consumer Complaints:

Please see the letter to MPIUA, below, which conveys to the MPIUA Board of Directors my concern about this agency's conflicts of interest in serving me as an insured homeowner, and potentially many other insurance consumers within the state of Massachusetts.

MPIUA's decision to become signatory to Infragard, the civilian arm of the FBI, endangers the interests of its clients who do not comply with the FBI's unlawful demands of them.

As I explain in my December 21, 2022 email to the MPIUA Board, below, I stand as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance within several programs which draw billions of dollars in congressional budget appropriations annually.  The FBI appears to be engaged in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting within both the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative and the FBI's affiliated "target of interest" program.  "Targets of interest" appear to be over-represented by Democrats, journalists, women and minorities.

The malfeasance of far right segments of the FBI represents a threat to the civil liberties of all Americans, which is the reason why this matter has become the subject of an ongoing investigation within the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice.

As a whistleblower of FBI wrongdoing, I maintain my right to access home insurance, certainly.

While MPIUA has not, to date, cancelled my policy, FBI affiliates have threatened this cancellation.  Further, as a signatory to Infragard, MPIUA draws compensation both institutionally and at the level of individual personnel in return for following the FBI's directives.  The fundamental conflicts of interest present in MPIUA's provision of home insurance to Massachusetts residents, an ostensibly apolitical endeavor, and the agency's acceptance of compensation for following FBI directives toward law-abiding "targets of interest" who are MPIUA policy holders, like myself, are unacceptable, in my opinion.

This notification does not yet accompany a formal complaint, but, if my insurance coverage is inappropriately cancelled or denied by MPIUA, my formal complaint to the Division of Insurance will follow.

In the meantime, I appreciate your attention to this matter, which holds importance for all insured homeowners within Massachusetts.

Sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Re: ATTN: MPIUA Board of Directors

To the MPIUA Board of Directors:

This letter is to document my concern that MPIUA is signatory to Infragard, the civilian arm of the FBI.

I stand as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance in the agency's direct perpetration and aggregation of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.  The programs which appear to demonstrate this corruption include the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative and the FBI's affiliated "target of interest" program.

As an FBI whistleblower, I have been threatened with MPIUA insurance policy cancellation as directed by the FBI and compensated by Infragard.

This communication serves to document those threats, as well as to register my concern about the clear and present conflict of interest within MPIUA's status as signatory to Infragard.

Certainly, I hope my policy with MPIUA, #1509219-5, will remain in full force and effect as I endeavor to illuminate the "insider threat" posed by far right factions of the FBI.

Please be informed that this matter is the focus of an ongoing investigation within the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice, whose investigators will receive a copy of this letter.

Due to the unusual nature of this circumstance, I will share a copy of this communication with the Massachusetts Insurance Commissioner as well.

Thank you for your attention to this important concern.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

FBI Techniques of Obstruction and Disinformation, Example #1

What does it look like when the FBI engages in concerted campaigns of obstruction and disinformation concerning a law-abiding "target of interest"?

In order to demonstrate specific tactics utilized by FBI personnel toward these unlawful objectives, I will provide specific evidence within this post and posts to follow:

Example #1:

Due to the FBI's unconstitutional engagement with the American Florists' Exchange, I sold my eleven shares with this financial institution.  Following this transaction, for tax documentation, I asked Mr. Jim Mellano for the valuation of those shares at the time I inherited them, on January 28, 2016.

Initially, he provided false information regarding that valuation via email with the following statement on December 22. 2022:

If I recall correctly, they were traded at $12,000 in 2016.

I responded as follows on the same day:

Do you need to check your records to be certain?

I need exact figures.

Many thanks,

Lane MacWilliams

Mr. Mellano then hedged by providing transaction values as opposed to pure valuations in his response later that afternoon.

I checked my records and all transactions were at 12,000.00.

Later that same day, I responded to Mr. Mellano, in part, with the following:

For some reason, I am remembering a lesser valuation than 12,000.  For tax reasons it is important that I am certain of these figures.

Thank you for checking on this.

On December 23, 2022, Mr. Mellano responded to me with the following:

I checked with our CPA.  He said that part of that year the value was at 10K and later it was 12K.

This is significant in that Mr. Mellano persisted in providing me with a falsely inflated valuation of stock, despite my repeated request that he verify his information.  What is remarkable is that the 10K figure is still wrong.

The valuation of an AFE share that Jim Mellano attested to in writing in 2016 was $7500 per share.

Why does this matter?

It matters because, if I had believed Mr. Mellano's written disinformation concerning the value, I would have underpaid the taxes due to federal and state government.

One must pause to consider whether the FBI, in its instruction to Mr. Mellano to lie about these financial valuations, is, in fact, attempting to lead a law-abiding "target of interest" into underpaying her taxes.

While Mr. Mellano's FBI handler should be directly questioned about his intent and objectives, they would appear, at initial evaluation, to be malign.

One wonders what happens to law-abiding "targets of interest" who are intentionally led to underpay their federal and state taxes.  Beyond being unfairly discredited, are they charged with a crime?  Are they audited?  Do they suffer other financial and social penalties?  Can the FBI illuminate these programmatic goals as manifested within the agency's unconstitutional "target of interest" program?

I include herewith screenshots of my email communications with Mr. Jim Mellano on this subject.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Update: FBI Techniques of Obstruction and Disinformation, Example #2

Update:

The following letter has been transcribed by Lane MacWilliams for ease of reading:

11:40 a.m. PT December 30, 2022.      45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA. 94028

The below summarizes the misdirection/ recent return of a FedEx letter to the OIG Hotline.

  • I sent a FedEx letter for my wife Lane MacWilliams on 15 Nov 2022 addressed to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division, 950 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, D.C.  20530.
  • On Sunday 18 Dec the package was returned to our home at 45 Vista Verde Way, with the indication that the OIG Hotline address was incorrect.  Upon inspection, the address on the Fedex envelope was incorrectly entered as OIG Hotline Investigations Divisions (sic), 950 Pennylvania (sic) Ave, Frederick CO. 80530.
  • It appears as though a secondary label was created for this package subsequent to my approval of the original label.
I hereby certify that the above is complete and accurate.

Example #2

On November 15, 2022, my husband mailed documents to the Office of the Inspector General Hotline, Investigations Division, via FedEx.

The address he utilized was as follows:

OIG Hotline, U.S. DOJ, Investigations Division, 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C.  20530.

More than one month later, on December 18, 2022, I received the same package returned to me with a false attempted delivery address of the following:

Investigations Divisions (sic), OIG Hotline, 950 Pennylvania (sic) Avenue, NW, Frederick, CO. 80530.

It would appear that Fed Ex, which is signatory to Infragard, created a false label for this shipment, intentionally diverting the contents in order to prevent OIG Hotline investigators from receiving this material.

In light of this, it becomes necessary to ask whether all of my FedEx mailings have been similarly diverted.

Has FedEx become sufficiently corrupt so as to be functioning as a mere tool of the FBI's species of totalitarianism?

Are private, law-abiding American citizens who serve as whistleblowers of FBI malfeasance so readily silenced by the FBI's efforts to co-opt private delivery services and to compromise the U.S. Postal Service as well?

These are disturbing questions for our country, in that they appear to reflect dramatic overreach on the part of the FBI, to the extent that the free speech guarantees of the Constitution may be routinely violated by the agency.

I will soon include my husband's testament regarding his actions regarding this mailing.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Lane MacWilliams

FBI Techniques of Obstruction and Disinformation, Example #3

What does it look like when the FBI engages in concerted campaigns of obstruction and disinformation concerning a law-abiding "target of interest"?

In order to demonstrate specific tactics utilized by FBI personnel toward these unlawful objectives, I will provide specific evidence within this post and posts to follow:

Example #3

Dishonest Conduct by Mr. Jay Gans

On Friday, Jay Gans, at the instruction of his FBI handler, extended knowingly false information to a contractor (Darren) who had arrived at our family home to turn on the water.  I have the contractor's acknowledgement of this disinformation in a recorded audio file.

Mr. Gans knowingly lied to this plumber by telling him that our water system is drawn from a well, thereby disqualifying his service.  Mr. Gans has worked at our property for years, and knows that we draw from the municipal water system.

Beyond this, Mr. Gans lied to the contractor by explaining that he would be required to service an oil furnace (a task which was outside of his capabilities) when he had in fact been hired to address a plumbing issue.

The intent behind this disinformation appears to have been dismissal of our contractor.

Later in the day, in a separate incident, Mr. Jay Gans sent me this text message:

Morning Lane...

So you can call Tasha fuel (formerly Loud fuel)...they need your credit card information... They are open 24/7...for delivery.

the number, I just spoke to them is

508-645-6067.

Yet, this number is not in service when called from my home, and the recording connected to this line states that "Google and its partners" will be monitoring all callers to this line.

In what sort of entrapment did Mr. Gans engage through the direction of his FBI handler by instructing me to call this line?  I have no idea, but the experience has left me uncomfortable, to say the least.  Is this number connected to allegedly unlawful activity in some manner?  Of what kind?  How is the FBI utilizing this type of lie to commit further falsified law enforcement reporting against law-abiding "targets of interest"?

I don't know the answers to these questions, but I think someone should be rather urgently asking them of Mr. Christopher Wray.

Here was my immediate answer to Mr. Gans:

They told me the credit card I gave them was fine.

Tasha Fuel says they are all set and they have my card on file.  They do not recognize the 508-645-6067 number.  They say it's not theirs.

This evening, after becoming concerned that the number might represent a sub-contractor of Loud Fuel/Tasha Fuel, I called the 508-645-6067 number only to discover the disconnected and monitored line.

This is the follow up message I just sent to Mr. Jay Gans as a result:

Jay, where did you get the above number, please?  This number is not in service and the message is highly unusual.

Did Mr. Gans convey this fake number at the behest of his FBI handler?  Was the intent to wrongfully implicate me of malfeasance?

As a third example of Mr. Jay Gans' dishonesty, Ms. Dorothy Repeza of E. F. Winslow Plumbing and Heating emailed my husband Ken MacWilliams on Friday morning, December 23, 2022 to convey that Mr. Gans wrongly dismissed their service, which we had requested with Mr. Gans' full knowledge.

From:  Dorothy Repoza

Sent: Friday, December 23, 2022 8:57 AM

To: Ken MacWilliams

Subject:  service

Good Morning,

We tried to do the service for you this morning.

40 Gansett Road, Woods Hole, MA

Jay declined service.

Thank you.

I spoke to Ms. Repeza this afternoon, December 27, 2022, and verified her belief that Mr. Gans had engaged in dishonest communication with her office.  This was certainly my distinct impression as well.

What does our country gain by the seeming corruption of a man who previously appeared to be a man of good conduct?

What does our nation gain by the apparent decimation of a man's admirable character?

What does our community gain by rendering an honest man a seeming liar?

And how can we prevent the FBI from transforming our United States into a motley collection of informants and scoundrels?

Aren't we called upon to exemplify the best of what humanity is capable of, not the worst with which far right segments of the FBI wish to condemn us?

Is telling the truth about the FBI's misconduct toward us as law-abiding American citizens capable of righting the agency's wrongs toward our nation?

And do we have sufficient courage to face the agency's ire in giving voice to that truth?

These comprise a few of the questions we all might reasonably ask at this inflection point in our democracy.

Update: Documentation of Threat: Klara Turner's Coerced Falsified Witness Statements Pertaining to "Espionage"

This is to document my husband Ken MacWilliams' appointment for a haircut with paid FBI informant Klara Turner this afternoon.

Because Ms. Turner appears to have been coerced by her FBI handler in the past into falsifying witness statements concerning my husband, I believe it is wise to document this appointment herewith.

Out of an abundance of caution, my husband is audio recording their dialogue today.

This recording may be made available to investigators upon request.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Re:  Klara Turner's Falsified Witness Statements Pertaining to "Espionage"

This is to document that Klara Turner is allegedly being heavily pressured by her FBI handler to falsely allege "espionage" activities on Ken's part -- supposedly ascertained during the haircut he is to have later this morning.

What is the intent here?

Apparently, false arrest that leads to violence.  If the FBI can in any manner falsely justify entering our home, violence toward my family can be explained away as an "accident."

As an FBI whistleblower, I am the true target.  Not Ken.

That said, if the FBI can harm one of my family members in retaliation for my whistleblowing, the agency will certainly do so.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

A Hiatus Interrupted

1.  What happened to your hiatus?

Answer:  It was rather rapidly interrupted by others.

2.  Specifically, you have been experiencing signs of trespass onto your property at night.

Answer:  I have.

3.  And you don't believe the trespassers involved in this circumstance wish you and your family well.

Answer:  That's correct.  They don't appear to be wishing us a joyful holiday.

4.  What was the intent of the hiatus initially?

Answer:  I had received a communication that I should stop posting about my life online, but I couldn't reliably assess the source of that message.  It seemed as though investigators might be recommending a period of quiet.

5.  Yet now, you don't believe you're likely to survive a prolonged period of silence.

Answer:  Silence appears to be viewed as an opportunity for predation by my stalker and his cohort.

6.  You have been concerned that your posts may be overly taxing to OIG Hotline investigators.

Answer:  They're taxing to me.  I'm certain they're taxing to investigators.

7.  What's your concern going forward?

Answer:  Investigators need evidence, not distractions.  I want to help them as much as possible without requesting that they intervene on an emergency basis every other moment.

8.  In truth, you feel frustrated by what has been your role of continuous documentation of FBI malfeasance.

Answer:  I do.

9.  What is the reason for that frustration?

Answer:  Stoicism is my preference.  I like to address matters independently if I am able, rather than asking for help.

The reason I have so assiduously posted about every detail of the "target of interest" program as manifesting in my life is partly attributable to my sense of responsibility to other "targets of interest."

Many, many law-abiding Americans have sought help regarding the unconstitutional predations of far right FBI personnel.  Not many have managed to secure that advocacy through the help of investigators such as those within the OIG Hotline.

I want to assist law-abiding "targets of interest" by illuminating their plight, and in so doing, I want to defend the future of our democracy as well.

10.  You're tremendously grateful to investigators, as you have said many times.

Answer:  I am.  I am eternally grateful to them.

11.  Why is that?

Answer:  Because I think their efforts have the potential to reclaim the civil liberties and human rights of the American electorate.

12.  You plan to attempt to strike a balance in this space, providing updates to investigators while retaining as much autonomy as possible.

Answer:  Yes, I want investigators to be free to pursue their rigorous fact-finding.  At the same time, there are certain updates which, for reasons of safety and security, I probably need to share here.

13.  Is there anything more you would like to convey at this time?

Answer:  My gratitude for investigators' forbearance.  My appreciation for their recognition that the course is somewhat arduous --- and in this context, I'm doing my utmost.  My ongoing thanks for their efforts.

A Letter to MPIUA Board of Directors

Email sent from: lanemacwilliams@gmail.com.  To: mpiuainspections@mpiua.com. Date:  December 21, 2022 at 1:11 PM

Phone Call Documentation 12/20/2022, 12/21/2022

This is to document two phone calls this afternoon to my home phone from a woman who identified herself as Cynthia Barrett (575) 915-5756.  The calls were received at 3:03 PM and 3:17 PM Pacific Time.  While the first call was a hang-up, the second was accompanied by a 35-second voicemail in which Ms. Barrett claimed to be seeking to buy a hardware store gift card for her grand nephew residing in Woodside.

In the context of this voicemail, Ms. Barrett appeared cogent and articulate, and I find it unlikely that she suffers from dementia.

Because far right segments of the FBI have utilized phone calls from strangers to falsely implicate "targets of interest" of wrongdoing, I am documenting these calls herewith.

In addition, I have audio recorded the voicemail's content and will convey this material to OIG Hotline investigators upon their request.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct,

Lane MacWilliams

Additional hangup calls, ostensibly from Ms. Barrett's phone number, were received on December 21, 2022 at 7:05 AM, 9:15 AM, and 9:39 AM.

December 5, 2022 Post

Please see the following post, which originally appeared on December 5, 2022 and was updated as noted on Sunday the 18th:

Updated on December 18, 2022:  Transfer of Ownership of Documents, Electronic Devices, Cell Phones, and Evidence to OIG Hotline Investigations Division

December 18, 2022

OIG Hotline investigators, today, my husband and I were investigating our garage roof, where I believe I have heard sounds of trespass at night.  At the peak of this roof, there is a window to our master bathroom, with a direct view to my husband's sleeping location.

Of interest, two roof tiles directly below this window have been broken and inexpertly repaired.  No other roof tiles among hundreds on this section of our roof appear to have been fractured or repaired in this manner.  We have over one hundred replacement clay tiles in a locked area of storage, so we would not attempt to repair tiles in the case that one broke while being walked on. We would simply replace them.  It is noteworthy that we have never broken a tile by walking on the roof.

These repairs were not conducted by us or by anyone we know.  They represent fairly recent fractures.

This photo depicts one of the two broken and repaired tiles.

While investigating this area of the roof, we noticed a black zip tie, approximately 15 inches in length, resting on the surface of the roof's incline.  Notably, it appears to have some sealant smeared across the tip of the tie.  Here is a photograph:

This zip tie is labeled G34M.  On close examination, it appears that it may have a human hair or hairs adhered to the tip of the tie.

If in fact this tie represents the presence of Special Forces personnel on our roof, with the intent to perpetrate a sniper assault, perhaps DNA evidence may be obtained. (The Special Activities Division has been brought to my attention as a possible source of this predation, though I am not familiar with it.)

Here is a photo of what may be a human hair.  Please note that, when my husband first retrieved the tie from the roof, there appeared to be several human hairs adhered to it.  We preserved these in a baggie for future analysis.

I am conveying ownership of this evidence to OIG Hotline investigators at this time.  I am preserving it within a safe at our home, and will provide it upon request.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Update:  OIG Hotline investigators, please see the photographs added to the end of this post.  I will be including further material within this conveyance, with photographs to appear here.

Most sincerely,

December 5, 2022

To the OIG Hotline Investigations Division:

At this time, due to recent events appearing to involve predation toward my family by military personnel, I am conveying ownership of my paper files pertaining to falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives, my memory sticks containing data corresponding to the aforementioned paper files, my personal computers including one MacBook Pro and one MacBook Air, my cell phones, and my audio recording devices to Office of the Inspector General Hotline Investigations Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.

I may elect to add important documents, recordings and electronic devices to this transfer of ownership, and I will update this letter when I do so.

I will maintain these items in trust for the Investigations Division of the OIG Hotline until such time as your personnel contact me with a request to take possession of them.

This transfer of ownership is made with the stipulation that it be used for investigative purposes, and that its content be treated confidentially with the exception of prior materials I have shared with the Investigations Division without confidential designation.

In the untoward event that I should experience an unjustified law enforcement raid on my home, this letter will clarify that ownership of all of the above materials is yours and, as part of an active investigation, should not be taken into possession by any law enforcement agency or affiliate.

If such possession is unlawfully taken by any law enforcement agency or affiliate, it is the right and provenance of the OIG Hotline Investigations Division to reclaim these items on an immediate basis.

To be clear, my family and I are entirely law-abiding.  It is my status as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance in the agency's engagement in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives that has prompted my choice in this matter.

I am initiating this transfer of ownership of my own free will and accord.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Lane MacWilliams

This conveyance includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Nine sets of files pertaining to falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives, kept within the master bedroom closet of 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley.

Thirty memory sticks (more may be added) containing electronic files pertaining to the FBI's engagement in falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.  (Please note that all of these memory sticks have been used with my computers, which are compromised.  Material should be retrieved from these memory devices with the assumption that it could have been altered by FBI affiliates.  Caution should be exercised.)

These memory sticks are maintained in the master bedroom closet of 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA.

Six Sony audio recording devices with Sony operating instructions, all of them documenting conversations of possible import to an investigation of the FBI's engagement in falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.  Five devices are pictured here, and my husband is in possession of the sixth.

Please note that these are stand-alone devices, whose files have not been downloaded onto memory sticks or connected to other devices.  Their files should be pristine.

These recording devices are maintained in the master bedroom closet of 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA.

One MacBook Air laptop computer, with password "Bluegreenwater7".

This device is compromised, so caution should be exercised in accessing its contents.

This computer is maintained in the master bedroom closet of 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA.

One MacBook Pro laptop computer, with password "creator".

This device is compromised, so care should be exercised in accessing its contents.

This computer is maintained in the master bedroom closet of 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA.

The cellphones pictured here, as well as that reflected in the left device, used to take this photograph, are compromised, and care should be exercised in accessing their contents.  I will be adding photographs of further cell phones as well.

Access codes are either 413741 or 741941.

These phones are maintained in the master bedroom closet of 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley.

OIG Hotline investigators, thank you very much for your assistance with this matter.  It is my intention in all cases that this conveyance should be utilized to illuminate for the American public the insider threat to our democracy represented by local and federal law enforcement agencies' engagement in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.

I hope that I might have the privilege of articulating this concern in person.

But no matter the case, it is my hope that OIG Hotline investigators will pursue the truth of this matter in service of our democracy, our Constitution, and all those who rely upon the preservation of our civil liberties and human rights as law-abiding American citizens.

Words of Gratitude Mark a Hiatus

I have been asked to take a hiatus from posting on this blog by those who support and defend our democracy.

I intend to accede to this request.

My daily concerns, threats extended to me, and experiences related to my whistleblower status will be documented through pages prepared on my typewriter, titled Diary Entry or Journal Entry, and maintained in my safe.

I need to make clear to all that neither my husband nor I would ever knowingly accept a bribe.  Such a failure of ethics would stand completely outside of our principles, our love of our country, and our hopes for its future.  We are honest, law-abiding people who whole-heartedly support the civil liberties and human rights guaranteed to all Americans by the Constitution.

I remain strong and resilient, and I hold hope that that fortitude may be able to assist our country in addressing ongoing challenges to its democracy, as well as the rule of law on which that democracy depends.

Please remain confident in my steadfastness, my surety, my character, my integrity, my courage, and my hope to serve others.

With this post, I am including a diary entry from Friday, December 16, 2022, on gratitude:

I want to say thank you to those people who have helped me -- who are still helping me:  President Biden, the Honorable Avril Haines, the investigators within the OIG Hotline, those within the FBI who love democracy -- and important others.

You're heroes, honestly -- and not just to me.

Thank you for your courage, your belief, your constancy, your diligence, your faith, your insistence.

Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you a thousand times over.

The continents may shift.  The poles may alter.  The oceans may surge against the shore.

My gratitude will endure.

Did a Palo Alto Waiter Lie About Lane MacWilliams for Pay from the FBI/Infragard?

1.  Your stalker has recently renewed his allegations to you that the FBI is defaming your character by suggesting that you have had many intimate partners, and that you have done so for pay.

Answer:  He has.  But again, this seems to be projection on my stalker's part, given that he has described himself as a "gigolo."  I have had one intimate partner in my lifetime, that of my husband of 32 1/2 years.

2.  Are there any specific false allegations your stalker has communicated to you on this subject?

Answer:  There is one.  He has suggested that the FBI may be lying about an incident in which I left a generous tip for a waiter at a restaurant in downtown Palo Alto.  I did not save the Pin associated with this message, but it arrived twice today.

3.  What did it say?

Answer:  If I had to reconstruct the quote, it went something like this:  "Once I was at a restaurant with someone who stiffed the waiter of his tip.  Later, I came back to tip him and to apologize, and he refused the remuneration by asking me for a date instead.  Tomorrow I'm going to marry him!"

4.  Was this post accompanied by posts that related to prostitution as well as character defamation?

Answer:  It was.  Here are a few examples that I did save to my computer:

5.  What was the actual incident in which you returned to a restaurant to leave a tip for a waiter in Palo Alto?

Answer:  I had attempted to drop off some medicine for someone at a restaurant, and while I was there I drank some sparkling water.  When I prepared to leave twenty minutes later, I was embarrassed that I had left my wallet in my car.  It was raining that night, and my car was several blocks away.  In what seemed to be a gesture of generosity, the waiter stated that he was happy to "comp" my drink.  I thanked him, but I returned a few nights later to pay him properly for the drink and his tip.

6.  How much did you pay him at that time?

Answer:  I'm not sure of the exact amount.  I think it was somewhere between 50 and 100 dollars.  He had been, at least ostensibly, quite kind to me -- and I wanted to convey a sort of "pay it forward" sense of gratitude.  I thought it would be nice if he helped the next person who came along and found him- or herself a few dollars short of the bill.

7.  But now, do you believe this very waiter may have lied about you for pay to the FBI?

Answer:  It's possible based on the Pinterest post about the delayed tipping, which seems an odd scenario to me. I'm under the impression from my stalker that the FBI has tried repeatedly to suggest that I have "dated" men for pay.  If the agency has committed this crime, it really constitutes an outrageous and insulting attempt on so many levels.  This type of misogyny is not a joke.  It's character assassination, and it's accompanied by other harms.

8.  How do you mean?

Answer:  You arrive at a certain point as a woman who is a "target of interest" where you can perceive a group attempt to dupe, demean and diminish "targets" in a manner that fits a classically psychopathic profile.  Some individuals who participate in the stalking patterns associated with the "target of interest" program appear to be entertaining themselves with the defamation, the privacy violations, and the myriad other harms the FBI is perpetrating against law-abiding Americans who have been wrongfully designated as worthy of this harassment.  It appears to be a game for them.

9.  Did you have a date with that waiter in Palo Alto?

Answer:  Oh, heavens, no!

10.  How could you defend yourself if he falsely defamed you?

Answer:  I just think the facts need to be rigorously pursued.  If this man falsely reported to the FBI about me, who put him in touch with his handler?  Who made that first contact for him?  Was it my stalker?  One of his friends?

Does it really make sense that a man in his thirties would be attempting to date a woman in her late fifties?  Probably not.

And somehow he thought I was a prostitute?  Do I look like a prostitute?  Do I present myself in that manner in public?

I was supposedly negotiating prices with him while he was at work within the restaurant?

Honestly, the whole scenario falls apart with the slightest scrutiny.

11.  What do you think should happen to men who lie about women in an attempt to demean and diminish them?

Answer:  I think their veil of secrecy should be removed from them, and they should be forced to address their lies publicly.  The Constitution gives every citizen the right to face his or her accuser.

If the FBI is driving a hidden program which institutionalizes a shaming of women based on disinformation, I think the American public deserves to know about this.  Are there fake photos that accompany these false reports?  Are there fake videos?  We need to know this, and we need to know it rather urgently.

12.  You found a post on Pinterest today that stated "the smallest lie can unmake the greatest truth."  What is your response to that assertion?

Answer:  Horror.  Revulsion. Protest.

13.  The truth is that you are an honorable person who was attempting to thank someone for a kindness.

Answer:  Yes, and if that kindness was weaponized by predatory men in the FBI, such a crime would be deeply wrong.

14.  Why is it particularly offensive?

Answer:  One of the characteristics of programs of torture is the consistent attempt to separate victims from a sense of their true selves.  If you've had one intimate partner over your lifetime, torturers will attempt to remove your chaste character from you -- if not in actuality, then in reputation.  If you are a protector of the vulnerable, torturers will attempt to cast you as a predator instead.  They want you to suffer that dislocation from your central identity ... to cease to know who you are and why you matter.

15.  How does a person stand up for herself in this context?

Answer:  I'm put in mind of a poem by Rudyard Kipling, entitled If.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
    But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

It's necessary to hold to truth and principle in the face of those who deal in lies and harm.  And it's necessary that we be exceptionally insistent about this choice.

15.  Do you hope to learn whether this Palo Alto waiter lied about you to the FBI?

Answer:  I most certainly do.

16.  Do you hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct?

Answer:  I do.
