My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

UPDATE: Notarization of FEC Complaint

UPDATE:  OIG Hotline, as I was loading my documents in my car at approximately 2:00 PM, a USPS mail truck stopped at the top of my driveway without delivering anything.  At the same time, I was receiving apparent death threats from the FBI.  While the driver of this vehicle could not see me or my documents cases, there is a high likelihood that he will be coerced by the FBI or an affiliate into providing a knowingly false witness statement concerning my activities.  Because such a false report could place my life at risk, I am now taking the time to send to your Office's attention within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com my reconfirmation of previous statements dated August 28, 2024.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

OIG Hotline, I am planning to notarize a complaint document for the FEC that does not reveal any secret information whatsoever regarding other matters.

I believe I should be allowed to do so without risking my life in the process.

I am taking my documents with me for safeguarding on the journey.  These documents will remain within my supervision and will not be disseminated in any way, shape or form.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
