To the Honorable Avril Haines, Director, ODNI; and to the Investigations Division of the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. DOJ:
I am in receipt of information that FBI personnel and affiliates may have altered the content of numerous of my communications to the OIG Hotline.
On multiple occasions, the staff of the UPS Store in Portola Valley, where most of my faxes originate, has conveyed to me that they are under pressure to delay fax transmissions as well as confirmations until the end of the day in many Washington offices (4 p.m.). I am aware that UPS is signatory to Infragard, and that FBI affiliates have been in active contact with UPS Portola Valley. Nonetheless, I feel the pressure these UPS employees have experienced to be most regrettable. (For OIG Hotline investigators' information, I am usually helped by Alessandra at UPS Store #5639, though also by Joseph and others. (650) 529-1692)
It has been suggested that multiple communications originating with me, and faxed from UPS Portola Valley to the OIG Hotline between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. Pacific time (3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern) have not been conveyed to the Investigations Division on the day the fax was transmitted, but instead withheld until the next morning. It has been alleged to me that the overnight delay allowed FBI staff and contractors to replace part or all of the contents of those transmissions.
It has further been suggested that the altered contents were intended to suggest psychological instability on my part. Specifically, I am in receipt of allegations that the altered content may have contained threats of aggression or violence.
This, in my view, represents a new low in the FBI's campaign to discredit me as a whistleblower of FBI misconduct.
It was once suggested to me that my request for advocacy from my Congresswoman, Anna Eshoo, was discredited by the FBI's extension of threats to Congresswoman Eshoo's Office while appropriating my online identity. This lie was doubly damaging. First, it prevented me from obtaining advocacy from my duly elected representative in Congress. Second, it allowed the FBI to justify planned aggression on the basis of a complete falsehood.
Alongside the falsified threat or threats extended to my Congressional representative, I have been told that my stalker has created many falsified "threats" appearing to originate from me, apparently to justify his intent to cause me physical harm.
So, for there now to be the suggestion that my faxes may have been actively altered by the FBI is deeply concerning.
Yesterday, I sent a twenty-one page fax to The Honorable Avril Haines, Director, ODNI, with duplicate content arriving in a wax-sealed FedEx package, tracking number 279303526879, to arrive today, October 19, 2022. I have respectfully requested that Director Haines' Office share this content with the Investigations Division of the OIG Hotline.
After my fax to the ODNI yesterday, my access to my blog was obstructed, with one ten minute exception, for the following eighteen hours.
At this time, I need to express once again that I view threats as a terrible crime, and one I would never perpetrate under any circumstances. (For further depth on this subject, please see my October 17 post entitled "Is the FBI Utilizing False Flag Accusation to Justify Intended Aggression?")
I am a peaceable person, as is my husband, as are our sons. I wholly support civil discourse and the rule of law, and would never seek to violate the civil liberties and human rights of anyone under any circumstances.
I do not imagine myself able to conceive of the myriad forms of slander and defamation which far right members of the FBI apparently utilize to disrupt the communications of whistleblowers of the agency's malfeasance. I'm certain the FBI has determined that false threats can rapidly extinguish the faith and trust we extend to one another as fellow American citizens.
The threats, if they exist, are not mine, however.
Rather, they originate with those far right FBI personnel and affiliates who do not desire that their crimes be illuminated for public scrutiny.
Because I possess concerns that future faxes and FedEx communications may provide far right segments of the FBI and its affiliates further opportunities for prevarication, I will attempt to utilize my blog as my means of conveying information to your Offices for the time being.
Please be aware that my blog has at times demonstrated signs of tampering, with 2-factor authentication for sign-in having repeatedly been disabled by a third party.
I will not be authoring any writing whatsoever that encourages aggression or violence toward any person or persons, nor to any agency. I have never done so. I will not be extending any threats whatsoever to anyone. Again, I have never done so.
Our democracy depends upon our shared commitment to civil discourse and peaceable dialogue, even and especially in the face of divergent political opinions. It is our democracy that I am attempting to peaceably defend.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

At the end of my posts regarding the unlawful actions of far-right personnel within the FBI, I will be adding the following statement. The FBI is a deeply divided agency. There are many FBI employees who view their vows to the Constitution with the utmost seriousness and honor, and who strive to defend the fundamentals of our democracy with courage, fortitude and commitment. The fact that some segments of the FBI appear to have embraced a lawless course is not a justification to assail the FBI in general. The safety of FBI agents should be protected, just as the safety of the American citizenry should be protected. As President Joseph R. Biden has so rightly expressed, violence is never justified in any circumstance. The rule of law must always be honored and upheld. It is our shared determination to preserve the civil liberties and human rights of ALL AMERICANS that renders the United States a democracy. We must never abandon this promise. All of our most cherished freedoms depend upon it.
