My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

An Open Letter to the Supreme Court

Honorable Justices, I must ask what legal provisions allow for the re-adjudication of matters concerning injunctive relief and Presidential immunity, all of which were decided in my favor on September 16, 2024, according to the FBI.

Is the Supreme Court abiding by Constitutional law and the highest judicial standards in ensuring that original injunctive orders extended by Supreme Court Justices are upheld and honored in every way, shape and form?

Or is the Supreme Court violating those standards by behaving in an unlawful and unethical manner in an attempt to override its own Honorable Justices' thoughtful determiantions?

I was granted injunctive relief by an Honorable Supreme Court Justice on Septebmer 16, 2024, according to the FBI.

Those judgements take precedence over all subsequent rulings on the same matters. I did not appeal rulings in my favor, and I explicitly directed everyone involved not to appeal rulings any Supreme Court rulings in my favor. Please see that communication attached.

As a result, I expect that the Injunctive Orders granted in my favor by a Supreme Court Justice on September 16, 2024, according to the FBI's account, will be upheld by the entire Court, honored by the entire Court, and enforced by the entire Court.

Please demonstrate to the American people that the Supreme Court is upholding the highest standards of judicial procedure and professional ethics in defending the rule of law.

The electorate's rights can only be defended by the Supreme Court if te Court itself insists on lawful procedure that upholds its own Justices' rulings.

OIG Hotline, this constitutes my request to everyone that no ruling in my favor by the High Court be appealed for any reason whatsoever.

Today, I will be providing documentation to the OIG Hotline which is marked "Signed Statement of Lane MacWilliams" as well as providing the signed statement of my husband.

I respectfully request that Vice President Kamala Harris disqualify any and all falsified law enforcement reporting on the basis of my signed statements and those of my husband.

In this way, the rulings of the High Court can be upheld and preserved, with what I hope to be immediate fulfillment of my FOIA requests and requests for investigative reports from the OIG Hotline and the ODNI.

I will be reporting here on my blog and within my email the timing of any receipt of materials responsive to my requests pertaining to my case.
