To the OIG Hotline Investigations Division:
This is to document ongoing hazardous environmental exposures as they are currently being perpetrated within our home at 45 Vista Verde Way.
The FBI appears to be directing Cal Water to increase radiation levels within the public water supplying our home to correspond to the periods of time when my family members are bathing or washing the dishes in the evening. Radioactivity as measured by objective gauges appears to be fluctuating based on active surveillance, in other words, with the specific intent of maximizing hazardous exposures.
Clearly, repeated and prolonged exposures to high levels of ionizing radiation are known to be cancer-causing.
It appears that the ionizing radiation may be radium-based -- damaging in the short term and difficult to detect once the isotopes have discharged. I note that Cal Water has incorporated multiple changes to our public water access by digging up the water valve outside of our home, and repaving the street in this section afterwards. No other home on Vista Verde Way demonstrates this tampering from Cal Water.
Magnetic ELF exposures demonstrate a "slow wave" pattern in our family room, where we typically spend each evening. The source appears to be originating from the Xfinity/Comcast modem/cable in this area of the house. All other areas of our home demonstrate normal magnetic ELF readings.
The "slow wave" varies in a range of 1400% over the course of 15 to 20 minutes from peak to trough. These variations are known to be deleterious to human health in general, and to be carcinogenic in particular.
EMF exposures through PG&E malfeasance have assumed a pattern of pulsed electric fields, incorporating sudden high bursts of power. This, too, represents a known carcinogen.
It is alleged that Arrowhead Water/Ready Refresh delivery, which supplies our family's drinking water, has elevated arsenic levels in our delivered water at the direction of FBI personnel and for compensation from Infragard. We are now filtering our water through a reverse osmosis system as the result of this disclosure.
Highly elevated EMF levels appear to be directed to the areas in which we sleep at night, according to objectives measurements.
In addition, it is alleged that "infrared heat" technology of some kind is being directed toward the sleeping members of our family at night, alleged to cause rapid heart rate in the short term, alongside a physical sense of heat. (This has been borne out by subjective experience.) It is suggested that this technology can predispose its "targets" to heart damage and heart attack over a comparatively brief period of exposure. I regret that I do not have further information on the specifics of deployment of this technology, nor its effects.
Threats of compromised air quality, presumably through our home's vent system, are undocumented by objectives measures at this time.
It would be extremely helpful is someone directed Cal Water, PG&E, Comcast/Xfinity, and Arrowhead/Ready Refresh, in addition to FBI affiliates, to cease and desist in their predations toward my family.
Ideally, AT&T could be directed to reconnect our two phone lines, (650) 851-1081 and (650) 851-1025, as well. There is no question that landline access improves our fundamental security at this time.
I greatly appreciate protective intervention on our behalf.
It seems that the FBI likely has a long track record of co-opting the utilities in preying upon those law-abiding Americans who have been wrongfully designated as "targets of interest." As such, agency personnel appear to feel entitled to harm whistleblowers who draw attention to the crimes of the far right within their ranks. Without question, these predations constitute unconscionable and indefensible acts.
At scale, they represent human atrocities.
Only by illuminating these human rights violations publicly can we hope to protect others. It remains my heartfelt belief that our democracy depends upon this generous concern for the welfare of our fellow Americans, whose futures are inextricably bound to our own.
