A scan of the document below was sent today to the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice in care of the OIP as part of an email regarding the following: Safety Concern: Alleged Placement of Powerful DEW Within Residence; An Open Letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray Concerning Duncan MacWilliams and Mary Grinnell. This email, with one attachment of six pages, was sent to the OIG Hotline from lanemacwilliams@gmail.com at 11:32 p.m. Pacific time on August 19, 2022, with an additional email sent to selected recipients within the OIP at 11:35 p.m. Pacific time. Copies of both emails were forwarded to lanemacwilliams@gmail.com and lmacwilliams77419@gmail.com.

OIG Hotline, I am displeased to receive an allegation this evening from my stalker, through the Pegasus hack of my cell phone, alleging that he and his men placed a powerful DEW in my garage when they partially opened the garage door on the night of August 10, 2022, documented here on this blog under the title, "The Perils of FBI Accounting," and reprinted below.
If true, his death threats are extremely worrying.
It is difficult to express what the loss of privacy and safety within one's own home over a prolonged period of time feels like.
It feels like being under siege from criminal elements within one's own government, when one has simply maintained courage and integrity from the very start.
Is Christopher Wray, as FBI Director, presiding over a band of slanderers, defamers, thieves and murderers funded by the national treasury? Is that the reality? Because right now, it would seem so.
My family deserves to have a squadron of good people, those of integrity, character and professionalism, from the national security services call me up on the phone and set an appointment to clear my house of all surveillance and DEWs. My son and his girlfriend deserve that, too. And my home on Cape Cod requires similar restoration to safe conditions.
I will certainly be measuring RF radiation levels at all hours in the meantime.
The threats and assaults from the FBI have been insupportable, indefensible and unconstitutional in every measure. This agency has paid my stalker, a member of Russian-affiliated organized crime, the head of an alt right militia, and a self-confessed human trafficker, to harass and harm every member of my family over the course of years. I am informed that Justin Q. Tat has been stationed with him for long periods of time, and so has the man who appeared at my door in the guise of "Sarah Morrone," impersonating a PG&E service technician with the full knowledge of that utility company.
FBI Director Christopher Wray is wholly responsible for this debacle.
He needs to take ownership, acknowledge his agency's crimes, and take full accountability in restoring safety to my entire family.
There is no excuse for these failures to uphold the rule of law in this matter.
The FBI Director must be held to an immediate accounting.

The Perils of FBI Accounting

ADDENDUM: A person or persons attempted to break into the garage of my residence in Portola Valley last night. One of the garage bay doors was partially opened this morning, with one of two supplemental locks removed by hand. The other supplemental lock, by chance and Grace, jammed in the track mechanism so tightly that it was not removable.
While we have had evidence of trespass on our property previously, corresponding to threats from my stalker, we have never had tangible evidence of an attempted break-in until now.
I believe the FBI and its affiliates, including my stalker, now know that certain evidence accessible to federal investigators will implicate them of their crimes.
Unfortunately, my stalker believes this is the "end of the line" for him, according to his messages to my cell phone yesterday. His aggression, and that of his associates, seems to be mounting as a result.

My stalker alleges that FBI contractor Justin Q. Tat is still drawing a paycheck for unlawful predation toward my family, but he states that it's being routed through a different account now that the FBI has been told to cease and desist its harassments toward us as law-abiding American citizens.
He further alleges that the man who impersonated "Sarah Morrone," posing as a PG&E service technician when he came to my door, is still drawing his paycheck for unlawful predation toward my family, although that money is directed to him through a concealed FBI account. (PG&E allegedly signed off on this extraordinary appearance at my door of a violent man presenting himself as one of their own employees.)
My stalker calls his colleagues and himself "the magnificent seven" when he discloses to me that this collection of men move rather seamlessly between FBI assignments and assignments directed by Russian-affiliated organized crime.
What am I hoping for in this situation?
Open book accounting, in which the FBI reveals how Justin Q. Tat and "Sarah Morrone" are being paid -- and beyond this, why.
Why would men with Special Forces training be receiving pay from the federal government to cause harm to honorable and law-abiding American citizens?
Because we're contributing Democrats? Because I stand as a whistleblower concerning falsified reporting perpetrated by the FBI? Because I refuse to be a passive victim for my stalker, who is, by his own admission, a professional killer?
What else am I hoping for in this situation?
Truth. Justice. And a restoration of the character of my country, in which I wholeheartedly, determinedly, faithfully believe.
